CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Engineered a paradigm shift of marketing executives for several chain accounts as to the value of
the Hispanic consumer. Introduced a new concept, product, and new technology. Experience,
expertise, and success working with chain accounts (c-stores and grocery stores) invaluable in
assisting in the development of the start-up sales program. Opened first store in U.S. for Mexicos
largest retailer, OXXO.

Persuaded large Mexican retail client to implement electronic smart safe solution. Cash flow
improved dramatically due to decreases in internal theft and variance in deposits with armored car
carriers due to accuracy in cash counting and reporting. Implementation of smart safes resulted in a
200% increase of product sales of Tidel the first year and 30%+ per year in the subsequent 5 years.

Expanded market for armored car industry into Latin America. Formed relationships with key
partners. Identified new market opportunities. Customized products functionality to improve deposit
verifications. Closed sale of $1M in product; improved clients revenues by $100K per month.
Optimized Spanish-language interface and manual. Spanish adaptations rolled out beyond Latin
America to Spain and other Spanish-language countries.

Introduced provisional credit to the largest armored car carrier in Mexico. Initiated GRUPO
SEGURIDAD INTEGRAL (GSI), S.A. DE C.V. Worked with GSI to initiate pilots with their Mexican
clients for armored car service and on-line banking connection for provisional credit. Mexican clients
achieved cash flow improvements and offset conversion costs with higher revenues.

Secured smart safe technical support for 7-Eleven Mexico. Due to a high turnover in technical
support personnel (90% turnover), client was unable to repair their own equipment and had considered discontinuing product purchases. Leveraged talents of channel partner to train new Spanishspeaking technicians in six regional offices within six weeks. The result protected a revenue stream of
$1.2 million per year.
