DOLE Bicols 3-Month Feeding Program, Kicks Of
Legazpi City, Albay A supplemental feeding program
scheduled for three (3) Consecutive months was started by
DOLE Bicol in Barangay San Roque, Legazpi City, the third week
of September.
The activity was part of DOLE Bicols Corporate Social
Responsibility, with the participation of DOLE Hon. Secretary
Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz for all DOLE offices to intensify its
community involvement.
It is not a simple feeding program. It is a nutrition program for
children deprived of proper nutrition that is why it is 3-months
long. We want to make sure that all the kids who enrolled in
the program will be in good health after this DOLE Bicol asst.
reg. dir. Atty. Ma. Karina Perida-Trayvilla said.
Punong Barangay Lito Martinez, during the simple opening
ceremony, expressed gratitude to DOLE for choosing his
Barangay for the program. He said that it wil not only
contribute well to the health of the children but will also serve
as a nutrition advocacy tool in the Barangay.
Our Barangay have been a recipient of various DOLE
Livelihood program and now this. Thank you very much DOLE
Bicol, PB Martinez added.
The Kick-off of the program was attended by DOLE reg. dir.
Nathaniel V. Lacambra, DOLE PFO Albay head Ma. Ella E.
Verano, PB Lito Martinez, IMSD Chief Cherry Mosatalla and the
BNS Coordinators- fin.

Awarding of Checks for the 3 Livelihood Projects: (1)
BUB-TUPAD (2)BUB-DKSK (3)Regular-DKSK to ACP-LGU
Malinao
Malinao, Local Government Unit, Albay- A happy beneficiaries
witnessed the event indeed.
More than five million pesos check was released by DOLE to the
three beneficiaries respectively: Disadvantaged Workers,
Farmers and CL Parents.
The checks were a simple turn-over to the Local Chief Executive
Mayor Alicia Morales with the MSWDO coordinator Ms. Rose
Bonaobra. Barangay officials were also handed down the
checks for the distribution of the 25 barangays.
Project beneficiaries managed by the DOLE OIC Assistant
Director Atty. Ma. Karina Trayvilla, OIC PFO Albay Ma. Ella E.
Verano and Olga R. Ludovice are gearing for its livelihood
projects and businesses to the people of 25 barangays in
Malinao benefiting the downloading of the checks.
The attribution of the beneficiaries present on that day ere very
happy witnessing the downloading of check after the seminar
was conducted.

WODPs Labor Education and Leadership Enhancement
Layag Restaurant, Bigaa, Legazpi City. Officials / Resource
speakers will be conducting a seminar for Labor Education and
Leadership Enhancement for the betterment of the
beneficiaries.
Its a two day seminar. The first day was an orientation
regarding on how to enhance skills of leadership towards the
beneficiary employees of 50 Samahan ng mgaMangagawa Para
sa Reporma ng Tagapamahala (SMART) Union Officers and
Members of the GLOBE Coco PMC Staffs.
Atty. Trayvilla set the opening program for the orientation and
discussed the functions of the WODP, process of Labor Laws
Compliance System and the Single Entry Approach system
conducted by the DOLE.
There were some programs of DOLE stated for better
understanding of the viewers that portrayed on a two day
seminar. These programs indicated by Atty. Trayvilla are: Family

Welfare Programs (FWP), Child Labor Prevention and Elimination

Program (CLEP).
The seminar is worth mentioning and remembering. Said by
the participant who attended the event seminar.
After the seminar, the participants wants more seminars like
this in the future.

201 disadvantaged workers get employment from DOLE
Mobo, Masbate. Municipal Hall. Office of the Mayor. An
awarding of the DOLE KABUHAYAN STARTER KIT for the
undertakings.
Officials Hon Allan T. Lespana Mayor V. Corpuz, approves sets
for attending the program of the ASSOSASYON NG MGA
KABABAIHAN SA SITIO TABUC, PIO V. CORPUZ. Words give full
gratitude to the beneficiaries whom where given the DOLE
KABAHAYAN STARTER KIT for their business and undertakings
especially in fishing, food vending, manicurists that are sole
common business in the municipality of Mobo, Masbate.

DOLE PFO Staff Chico D. Atibagos and Rio Cos set an

orientation program to teach the beneficiaries how to be a
responsible business labor workers.
Im gratefully thankful for the people are providing and
assisting the association livelihood program, said by Hon.
Mayo Espana.
