Lead a team of engineers for Thermal scanning of all Electrical panels at all (11) Qatar Olympic
Committee venues within Qatar.
Working as Electrical Engineer and submitting reports and anticipating in technical analysis of various
instruments and facilities on site.

Supervising and managing all contractors and their work on site, maintaining and monitoring quality of
the work performed by contractors.
Enforcing and adopt safety measures among all my subordinates and contractors.
Attend all breakdown complaints or ad-hoc request.
Follow up with contractors on all service orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes,
process purchase orders and close the service orders on Total Asset Management upon job completion.
Consistently update TAM on service order status with the latest information.
Manage subcontractors in their work and ensure their work are performed at the desired level of quality,
standards and complete in target time.
Analyze data from TAM and liaise with contractor for continuous improvement.
Assist in providing information and updates on on-going maintenance works to customer on routine
basis.
For any project or improvement work, prepare scope of work, liaise with the contractors for cost,
submit recommendation to client and manage the project at site for closure.
Assist in preparation of SOP's for the maintenance of site equipment.
Check periodically for potential areas for energy saving opportunities.
Assist department in conducting regular system audit.
Perform proper documentation and filings of maintenance records.
Perform emergency support duty, if required.

rectification and then final checking through thermal scanner to ensure the

Successfully hosted with team members Beach volley world cup and GCC Cup
for beach volley, leading to the appreciation of whole Mosanada team.
