Job Profile
Responsible for the overall Operations and Maintenance. Spearheads the Planning of Stores,
Helpdesk and CMMS in the support towards Operations.
Directly supported by Engineers and managing work force of staff and 30 Contractor work forces.
The facilities include the Air cooling system, Fire protection system, irrigation control systems,
indoor football pitch, sports Stadium.
Preparing Monthly Operations Report.
Conducting / participating in weekly coordination meetings with the client and the contractors.
Reviewing and approving technical reports, modification works, improvement works and
conducting technical evaluation of tender review reports. Manage and supervise Engineers works
in their technical reviews, drawings, quotation reviews, specifications and quantities for project and
rectification works.
Ensure successful and timely execution of processes, systems procedures for the projects.

Oversee and monitor project progress with the Project Managers/project team at regular intervals
to ensure that the project milestones are achieved and complete on schedule.
Takes corrective measures and develops and implements contingency plans with the project team
Review project periodically and escalate the issues to management, wherever required.
Solving problems by technical analysis, group discussions, explore alternatives, and propose quality
solutions at minimum cost.
Review cost reduction opportunities through technical reviews, improvement proposals and cost
benefit analysis.
Attend periodic meetings with client and contractors to ensure alignment of needs and meeting
deadlines.
Coordinate and run weekly meeting with the contractors to discuss and prioritize open issues.
Establish action plans with deadlines and responsible stakeholders.
Carry out periodic Safety inspections on contractors site works in line with QEHS requirements.

in Lekhwiya Sports club.
Major projects include Commissioning of 2800TR Chiller, Electrical Systems and Fire Systems,
