Negotiated contracts with Managed Care Organizations and developed strong relationships with case managers of
the payors.
Provided fund-raising and educational support for service organizations, including Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Increased net revenue growth: $2.4 to $11.5M. Total revenue $2.4M (2000); 42% increase to $3.408M (2001);
63% to $5.55M (2002); 34% to $7.44M (2003); 54% to $11.487M (2004).
Expanded and managed sales staff from one part-time to four full-time employees, as legacy building is the key.
Improved product delivery for new business venues; facilitated enhanced communication with both clinical and
operational management and teams.

Developed a rehab unit at one of the hospitals as new business opportunity, because I was always looking for ways
to open new revenue streams for employer.
Led marketing/case management team for health professionals and facilities, including maintaining patient census
for two hospitals.

Educated physicians, hospital case managers and other healthcare facilities on services of the LTAC hospitals.
