Bidder must have successfully executed similar civil works in the last three years as on
30.12.2014

Bidders having experience only in specific works shall not qualify. However, they shall
associate with other contractors for other works with necessary proof of documents of
having executed the same in the past three years.
Bidder must have successfully executed similar civil works in the last three years as on
30.12.2014
(i) One work of atleast Rs.300.00 lakhs in a single work order.

The contractor must have achieved minimum average annual financial turn over of
Rs.300.00 Lakhs during the last three financial years (FY) ending on 31/03/2014.

Attested List of Work Experience with the name of the project, Owner of the project,
Name of the customer, Work order reference No and date, brief details of jobs, executed
value, date of start, date of completion.

Attested Photocopies of work orders issued by the Customer containing details of bill of
quantities/schedule of rates and certificates for proof of satisfactory completion of work.

Attested Photo copies of audited profit and loss account accompanied by relevant
schedules for turn over figures.

Project Managers with 7 years & above similar work experience are committed
10 marks; Less than 7 years no marks
Appropriate Supervision staff & Skilled Labour committed to be
mobilized
If appropriate no. of Foreman, skilled Technician & skilled labour with similar
work experience are committed 5 marks; else proportionate

If site problems are brought out, site visit has been made and attended pre-bid
meeting full marks; otherwise proportionate marks

Appropriate Quality control procedures for different works and appropriate
project reporting system

Cranes, derricks, demolition equipment, welding machines, winches or any
