groundbreaking ceremony for the Downtown Gateway Project at 1313 Franklin St., Santa Clara,
CA on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. The landmark event was organized by property development
firm SiliconSage Builders, founded in 2011 by Sanjeev Acharya, who recently engaged US
Capital Partners to help finance the project.
