Accordingly, we AFFIRM
the district court's dismissal
of Landry's § 1983 civil
rights claims. We REVERSE
the district court's dismissal
[30] of Landry's state law claim
for false imprisonment, and
we REMAND to the district
court for the imposition of
nominal damages.
