TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF PREFAB CONTAINERS

ROOFING
Consisted of roof outer sheets of iron pre- paint sheet thickness
of 5 cm fixed on the purlins by metal screws self-tensile selfdrilling screws and this installed on the trusses, metal made of
angles a standard fixed to each other by welding system mounted
on the walls and an integrated foam insulation.
The panels are covered on both sides with 0.4mm pre-painted hot
dipped and corrugated galvanized steel sheet with all required
flashings and accessories. Roof panels are joined together and
fixed by self-drilling screws to the top profile which will act as a
gutter for roof rain.
CEILING
False ceiling of white gypsum panels of size 600*600*7mm
supported steel grid of T-section.

External Walls
The walls are constructed of sandwich panel 50 mm thick, standard
dimension of 1220 x 2400 mm composed from slightly corrugated
pre-painted hot dipped galvanized steel (the outside) , and with
3mm decorative wood from the inside or covered on both sides
with 0.4mm steel sheets . The walls are framed by a galvanized Ushaped frame, and the panels are joined by galvanized H-shaped
white pre-painted steel joints connected to the floor and ceiling to
strengthen the entire structure against damages while delivering.
The panels are injected with Polystyrene
Doors
External doors are constructed of galvanized pre-painted steel
sheets, injected with polyurethane foam. The door has a hidden
wooden frame that strengthens the door edges, the wooden frame
will form a strong base where the accessories (lock, handles, and
hinges) will be installed.
The door external frame is made of galvanized shaped sheets.
Dimensions
The doors will have standard dimensions as follows:
External & internal doors:
840 x 2000mm.
External doors:
170 x 2000mm >.
Bathroom doors:
700 x 2000mm.

Will be Extruded Aluminum profile RAL9002, light color (white),
glazed window 1160 x 1000 mm, and 6mm single glass, sliding
type with lock. Windows will be provided with fly screen with (1.5
x1.5mm) hole opening. Each window shall have a security grill.
Electrical Works
Each unit will be provided with following as per attached drawing:
Fluorescent 36W (1200mm long) double lamp
Each outside door has a lamp with plastic cover and 15 W
ecological fluorescent light bulb, light switch inside the door.
External junction box socket for power connection.
13 ampere white plastic 3 pin sockets are provided and 20
ampere double pole switches are used for A/C outlets. Sockets
and switches are made in UK.
Distribution Board: All boards are Cutler Hammer Eaton
manufacture, or equivalent and according to load.
SANITARY WORKS:
European style toilet, with flushing tank (Steel).
Wash basin of size (50x40cm) on steel bracket, all porcelain is
white color. (Indian made or equivalent).
Pre-painted steel showers 800x800 mm. (With accessories)
