STRATEGIES:
Expand school leadership team and continue to meet monthly to analyze and provide a means of Problem Solving data analysis to support
smaller PLC data meetings

include providing professional development days for the team to work together on data analysis and goal setting for all grade levels.
Continue to provide an organized structure at the school level that defines roles and establishes responsibilities (use of school-wide data wall
expanded to include math data) and time-lines for data analysis
Identify, progress monitor, and support effective implementation of common researched based instructional strategies used daily in every
classroom.
Establish the instructional target of reaching at least 80% of student through effective core instruction.
Continue use of tracking system for when students enter and exit the tier process.

Transforming Initiative 2: Establish a leadership-focused culture supported by School Wide Positive Behavior
Instructional Support to develop leadership within the school.
The philosophies outlined in Leader in Me will be highlighted and supported through school wide implementation of PBIS. This continues
our focus on building future leaders who are career and college ready. All students, regardless of economic background, should have the
building blocks of ethics and interpersonal skills for their future success. By incorporating and integrating the 7 Habits (as outlined by Leader
in Me) into PBIS throughout the entire school environment Moyock Elementary is creating a continuum of leadership skills that are important
to all aspects of success in the 21st century.
