Applications:
Brinell hardness test is mainly used in hardness measurement for cast iron, steel products metals and soft alloys, etc.
Besides it can be also used in hardness measurement for some non-ferrous materials, such as plastics, bakelite, etc. It is applicable
to factory, workshop, laboratory, university and college, and scientific research institution.
Features:
DHB-3000 is an modern electronic Brinell Hardness Tester integrated the precision mechanical structure and the technology of
computer control. The testing force and dwell time is controlled by 50 accurate sensor system. The loading and unloading of ball
indenter is driven by the instrument automatically. After the circular indentation formed, using 20 portable Brinell microscope to
measure the diameter of indentation by means of micrometer, then input the length to instrument through panel, the processor will
compute and output the Brinell value automatically.
MHB-3000 is an advance digital Brinell Hardness Tester based on the technology of DHB-3000.It has auto indentation reading
system by means of 15 portable Brinell microscope and digital length sensor. It doesnt need read the detail length of indentation,
only need operators aim the tangent of indentation out of anvil, then press the button of sensor, the length will be input into
instrument processor, and it will compute and output the Brinell value automatically.
XHB-3000 is n modern advance digital Brinell Hardness Tester based on the technology of MHB-3000.It has auto indentation
reading system by means of 20 built-in Brinell microscope and digital length sensor. It doesnt need read the detail length of
indentation out of anvil, only need operators aim the tangent of indentation on the anvil, then press the Brinell value automatically. It

Windows system. It can be connected to the instrument via communication port(USB or COM port).read the measured data stored
in instrument memory, perform online configuration. Transmit the measured data to PC. Process the measurement data, display the
visualized image, store the measurement data into database, load or remove the measurement data stored in database at any time,
and output the measurement data to printer connected to computer.

Analogue Shore Durometer LX series

Applications:
Shore durometer are designed to determine the indentation hardness of material ranging from cellular products from to rigid plastics.

Portable Brinell Hardness Tester PHB series

Applications:
Its mainly used to test the hardness of metal products with big grains and uneven micro constructions, such as large-sized forgings,
castings, rollers, or those parts that assembled, inconvenient to move or not allowed to be cut, and to test the hardness of
nonferrous metals, annealed metal materials and most of steel raw materials.
Compare to Leeb hardness tester, the Brinell hardness tester has higher precision, fewer factors that affect the testing accuracy,
lower requirement on the surface roughness of work pieces. With F/D2 ratio of 30, the PHB tester has an equivalent test condition
as the Brinell test with 3000kgf and 10mm ball indenter. The testing result meets requirements of common standards and do not
need to be converted. Tensile strength ( b) can be gotten through conversion tables in Brinell reading.

Barcol Hardness Tester is commonly used as supplement of Webster Hardness Testers. It is usually used when test the hardness of
pure aluminum, low hard aluminum alloys and extra large, extra thick materials.

It is small and light, easy to take.
It is very easy to operate without any experience, in any occasion.
It has extensive testing range, from very soft pure aluminum to very hard
aluminum alloys, the testing range equal to 25150HB.
High-sensitivity. Webster Hardness tester only has 20 scales, but Barcol has
100 scales. So Barcol Hardness tester has much higher sensitivity.
It does not need a bench stand. Barcol Hardness Tester is put on one side of
the work pieces without bench stand.

Disadvantage:
The surfaces of work pieces need to be broad and flat. It is inconvenient to test the hardness of strips, small-sized pieces or work
pieces with curved surfaces.
There will be conversion error. When testing the hardness of aluminum section materials, the Barcol hardness need to be changed
into Webster hardness, but there is 2.7 HW discrepancy between Barcol conversion table and GB Standard YS/T420-2000, so the
Barcol conversion table should be used cautiously.
