Day 1:
(Sat)

Arrival
Arrive at KLIA, after meet and greet service, transfer to hotel for accommodation.
Overnight at Ritz Carlton.

Day 2:
(Sun)

Kuala Lumpur Discovery Tour (4 hours)


Despite rapid development, Kuala Lumpur has retained her charm, with a skyline that blends the Old World
with the new. See fine examples of Colonial and Moorish architecture, such as the Sultan Abdul Samad
Building, the Royal Selangor Club and the old Railway Station with gilded cupolas, turrets and minarets.
Other highlights include the serene and elegant Jamek Mosque, the Petronas tiwn tower highest building in
the world, the majestic Royal Palace, Lake Gardens and the National Monument. Stop for lunch at Coliseum
Restaurant in an old colonial setting. Option to visit Central Market before returning to hotel.
Overnight at Ritz Carlton.
Optional - Dinner at Carcosa Sri Negara
The stately Carcosa was once home to the former British High Commissioner to Malaysia. The mansion enjoys
hilltop setting and following Queen Elizabeth IIs stay in 1989, it was turned into a boutique hotel with
elegant dinning facilities.

Day 3:
(Mon)

By land to Cameron Highlands (3 hours)


Cameron Highlands, 6690 feet above sea level was first discovered in 1885 by the British during their colonial
rule. Here the foliage changes and the temperature drops more than 80C Celsius from the lowland. During
the winding ascent to the highlands, some aboriginals with their blow-pipes for hunting may be sighted.
Dinner at the Scottish Ye Olde Smokehouse.
Overnight at Cameron Highlands Resort.

Day 4:
(Tue)

Cameron Highlands
Morning tour the agro market and visit vegetable farms, orchard, Rose Valley and Sam Poh Temple. Rest of
the day is free, to explore this resort area or simply rejuvenated by the fresh cool air. There is also a 18hole golf course. A light sweater is recommended for evening.

Day 5:
(Wed)

By land to Penang (2 hours)


On the way to Penang, visit the Oldest museum in Malaysia, built during the British occupation in Taiping and
take a drive through the Lake Gardens and the Allied War Cemetery. The journey includes a pleasant drive
across Penang Bridge, longest in Asia.
Optional - Dinner at E&O Hotel
In the evening, enjoy dinner at the colonial E&O Hotel with its Moorish minarets, spacious domed lobby and
sweeping seafront. This hotel was established by the Armenian Sarkies Brothers in 1885 during the spice
trade era.

Day 6:

Penang Discovery Tour (5 hours


Visit the most outstanding historical remains of Georgetown, the Fort Cornwallis where Captain Francis Light
first landed. Then take a drive through inner Georgetown, visit Penang Museum to learn about the early
history of Penang. Ascend Penang Hill by means of funicular railway, built by the British in 1923. Enjoy lunch
at the summit amidst the panoramic view of Penang Island. Drive past the Jesselton Heights residential area
and visit the Botanical Gardens founded by Charles Curtis in 1884.
The rest of the day is free for own activities.

Day 7:
(Fri)

The day is free at leisure until transfer to airport for departure flight.
