Each new year stirs some new resolutions. It is a time to reflect and forecast what God
wants to accomplish through our lives. If you are looking for ideas for this coming year, here

How do your resolutions compare to this popular list?

Each of these reflects a desire to grow, improve and maybe remove one from next years
list. My prayer and hope for each of us at Calvary is that we grow to become more like
Christ each day. And then express that holy character to our family, friends and community.
Paul offers us a great New Years resolution in Ephesians 4:15-16:
speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head,
even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint
supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the
body for the building up of itself in love.
Growing up in all aspects can include physical, spiritual, emotional, mental and relational
