The Declaration of Independence begins with a preamble under the heading 'The

Unanamous Declaration of the Thirteen States of America,' and proceeds, "When in

the Course of human events, It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the
political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the
powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and of
Nature's God...", the Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible, "...entitle them, a decent respect to
the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them
to the separation."

The espousing of such beliefs held by ALL Muslims within EVERY FORM OF ISLAM
defines every Muslim as ideologically aligned in opposition to the to the extension of
unalienable rights including the right to liberty with which all men are endowed by their
Creator, the risen Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible, the possession of which are held by
We the People of the United States of America as a self-evident truth.

Since every group within Islam has throughout its history and does to this day explicitly
hold to doctrines of world domination under the tyranny of what amounts to far more
than a simply a religion but in fact a comprehensive method of societal governance and
control that Muslims call Sharia Law, and that under Sharia the dhimmitudinization of
non-Muslims is to be achieved by the multi-faceted strategy of Civilization Jihad in its
countless dimensions 'We the People' must recognize that the values espoused in the
teachings of every manifestation of Islam are incompatible with the American
experiment in government of the people or with any free society, and that the barbaric
Islamo-fascist totalitarian political/religious ideology should notmust notbe tolerated
in the United States of America or any of her territories.

It was the contention of the signers of The Declaration of Independence in

recognizing the entitlement of separate and equal station availed by the laws of Nature
and Nature's God, the Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible, unto a free nation that any such
nation's citizens should rightly exercise the action of decently respecting the opinions of
Mankind in the Course of human events by declaring the causes which impelled them
towards separation from, in the trial of their time, Great Britain.

Americans today should as well decently respect the opinions of Mankind in the Course
of human events and declare as we face the trial of our timethe advance of the world-

domination agenda of the barbaric totalitarian and supremacist ideology which masks
itself as a 'religion of peace': Islaman enemy as seemingly insurmountable in its
dimensions today as Great Britain surely must have seemed unto our nation's Founding
Fathers, the causes which impel us at present unto the deliberate separation from,
rejection of, and exclusion of all those who define themselves as enemies of the
American experiment in government of the people by their professed embracing of and
dedication to the enslaving totalitarian Islamo-fascist ideology, or through their
demonstrated or otherwise acknowledged allegiance to the murderous, barbaric,
supremacist, totalitarian comprehensive system of control over all spheres of society
codified within what are regarded by all Muslims as the authoritative writings of every
form of Islamfrom participation within the American experiment in government of the
people.

Islamo-fascism is antithetical to the values upon which the American experiment in

government of the people has been established.

America must determine to defeat its Islamic enemy. Nothing short of unconditional
surrender on the part of our pan-Islamic enemy will suffice for to permit any form of
Islam participation within any society which would aspire to extend unto its citizens the
ability for them to realize their God-endowed unalienable right to liberty is an invitation
for the cancerous spread of the totalitarian and enslaving Islamo-fascist worldview that
openly professes in the doctrines and tenets of every denomination, division, group, or
branch of Islam its barbaric aspirations of world domination under a one-world Islamic
Caliphate to be achieved through the implementation of the multitudinous dimensions of
Islams strategy of Civilization Jihad.

Holding the truths which are self-evident as did our nations Founders denies the
toleration of any encroachment upon those same truths by erroneous totalitarian
ideologies which deny the Creator, the risen Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible, from Whom
we are endowed with 'certain unalienable Rights and openly strives to replace The
Constitution of the United States of America with Sharia Law.

The truth that all men are Created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with
certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of

Happiness' rings familiar within the chest of all those who would call themselves
Americans.

Any who would deny that all men are Created equal, that they are endowed by their
Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of Happiness' have no legitimate right to call themselves Americans.

Those words are the very tintinnabulation resounding for generations within the hearts
of 'We the People' of the United States of Americathe Spirit of 1776 as it were, the
embracing of which is the quintessential definition of We the People of the United
States of America: They are the proclamation of the American spirit of Liberty; words
revered and saluted symbolically in America's Liberty Bell which, though cracked and
silent, still resonate strongly within the breast of all those who assent to that very truth
that all men are in fact endowed by their Creator, the risen Lord Jesus Christ of the
Bible, with certain unalienable rights.

The Declaration of Independence continues, "That to secure these rights, Governments

are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from CONSENT OF THE
GOVERNED,that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these
ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to
them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will
dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light or transient
causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to
suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to
which they are accustomed. BUT WHEN A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES AND
USURPATIONS, PURSUING INVARIABLY THE SAME OBJECT EVINCES A DESIGN
TO REDUCE THEM UNDER ABSOLUTE DESPOTISM, IT IS THEIR RIGHT, IT IS

The freedom of religion determined by and for 'We the People' in the First Amendment
to the Constitution needs not be extendedshould not be extendedMUST NOT be
extended unto Fascist adherents to the murderous cult espoused to the ideological
worldview that are ALL denominations, divisions, sects, groups, and branches of Islam

for upon close consideration of the words 'When a long train of abuses and usurpations,
pursuing invariably the same object..., one cannot but recognize unless one is
decidedly delusional that those words are a working definition of Islam's irrefutable
doctrinal strategy, that is to say Islams 'design, of pursuing the same object of world
domination which it has pursued invariably for all of its 1400-plus-year history over nonIslamic societies.

Islam has a long train of abuses and usurpations evidenced by its murderous history of
its barbaric advancement of the Islamo-fascist world domination agenda.

Dhimmitude is slavery. Islamic Civilization Jihadists of every stripe illegitimately justify

in their own sick minds the relegation under Sharia Law of all non-Muslims unto the de

Non-Muslims, or Infidels, are relegated to the status of dhimmis under Sharia Law and

Islam advances an invariable pursuit of an object: Namely, a one-world Islamic

Caliphate; and EVERY sect, division, denomination, branch, or form of Islam in the
world evinces a design to reduce America under the absolute despotism of Sharia: The

The suggestion that there even exist any who embrace the murderous doctrines and
tenets as they are of EVERY branch, denomination, division, sub-division, group, or sect
among any of the forms of Islam that may be described as "moderate" is offensive.

There is no form of Islam which does NOT advance the world domination agenda as
codified in Islams so-called holy texts the Koran and the Hadith. There is NO form of
Islam which does not accept the Islamo-fascist strategy of Civilization Jihad in its
endless forms as the design by which Islam is to conquer the entire non-Islamic world
and establish the stated goal of EVERY form of Islam: The One-world Caliphate to be
governed under the totalitarian and supremacist method of governance that EVERY
form of Islam recognizes and espouses as superior to all other forms of governance that
Islamo-fascists, that is to say Muslims, call Sharia.

There is no form of Islam that is moderate.

There would not have been permitted a television or radio station in WWII if television

headlined WHERE ARE THE MODERATE MUSLIMS? that The Democratic Party is
as out of touch as it has ever been. Democrats say Islam has nothing to do with
terrorism. Dr. Gina, as I respectfully address her when commenting under her often
times brilliant articles at WND.com, reaches the revelatory conclusion in her article that

Democrat politicians believe racism and global warming

are the greatest threats to America. Even most
Republicans are afraid to name the real problem, but the
American people aren't afraid to say it. The candidate who
wins this election will be the candidate who starts calling
Islam what most Americans believe it is: The religion of
terror, not the religion of peace.
Imagine if you will, the response of the American people including those in uniform and
the response of their elected representatives in Congress as well as that of the main
stream media at that time[what Americans once new and respected as a Free Press
which itself shouldered the responsibilities within the American experiment in
government of the people of the traditionally identified Fourth Estate that are
indispensable to the preservation of the God given liberty that We the People have
been afforded the blessing of realizing within what has traditionally been identified as
One Nation Under God]If in 1942 or 1943 an American Journalist or Sociologist
wrote an article that was printed in a major publication in the United States headlined
'Where Are The Moderate Nazis?'

Such a suggestion as that; that there were moderate NAZIS with whom Americas
leaders could and should have reached out to in an attempt to achieve a dialogue in
which they could perhaps have mitigated the circumstances with which they were
presented with that called for the waging of war upon the German peoplethe killing of
ALL NAZIS along with ALL those within the borders of the country in which they had
assumed power unto the unconditional surrender of that country.

America at present has no strategy to achieve the

unconditional surrender of ALL Islamo-fascist
elements currently waging endless forms of
Civilization Jihad across the globe. Worse, America

is incapable at present of determining such a

strategy for to do so would require the jettisoning of
the delusional foundational doctrine of Liberalfascism, that is to say Liberalism or Progressivism,:

Socialism amounts at the end of the day to nothing less than varying degrees of

Islam embrace as authoritative from the earlier Meccan period of Islam's history are to

chapter of Islams early expansion.

Tolerance in order to infiltrate non-Islamic societies and then, once a population beach

belong to. Then take a hard look at the ACTUAL TEACHINGS of that branch, division,
denomination, group, sub-group, or sect of Islam, and DON"T excuse that
religio/political ideology based upon a smiley faced, likeable persona of someone who
does NOT practice the ACTUAL TEACHINGS of the specific form of Islam he or she
claims to embrace as his or her religion. Do not be fooled by lipstick on a pig!

There is no form of Islam that can rightly be described as moderate; it therefore follows
logically that there cannot rightly be said to exist any moderate Muslims.

There are practicing Muslims and there are Muslims in name only: Nominal Muslims.

The world domination agenda of the political ideology of Islamo-fascism must be

defeated just as National Socialism had to be utterly defeated in WWII.

Nothing short of the unconditional surrender of those who advance the Islamo-fascist
worldview can be an acceptable outcome for those who believe that all men are created
