that is routed to location of previous gas dryer hook-up. Remove
piping to source at boiler and permanently cap. 2) Remove any
and all ducting, waste piping, and/or water piping previously
installed for washer and dryer hook-up/s and permanently cap.
seal all wall penetrations as required to make weather proof. 3)
Verify requirement for existing sump pit and/or pump and if
required as installed correct pipe and/or fitting infractions as may
be required.
10/8/2014 William Moriarty Final Plumbing Pass Plumbing DWV, H20, Gas removed from illegal laundry hook-up/s
installed in basement. Drains had been routed to a sump pit that
was then pumped to the storm drain system. Piping has been
eliminated but sump and pump need to be maintained to remove
ground water and rain water from exposed stairs down into
basement level. Work is complete per the permit scope of work but
gave contractor directions to have owner make some fixes to
existing but non-conforming drains from the water heater and
boiler. Area inspected is limited to the permitted scope of work and
no other life safety issues have been noted at this area. Final OK'd.

painted. There are areas of the carpeting in the hallway /stairs that need to be replaced because the carpet is torn and
