Dear Mr. Lardizabal:
Greetings! We hope this letter finds you well.
One of the annual events that Kimono Philippines hosts is the Kimono Night. This is
an event that is designed to showcase the rich culture of Japan through its
traditional clothing. The event also involves letting our beloved guests experience
the various traditional Japanese arts through holding a tea ceremony, and through
offering a tutorial session on ikebana (the Japanese art of flower arrangement) and
kitsuke (the art of putting on a kimono).
I understand that your organization upholds the value of friendship and sharing of
cultures between the Filipino and Japanese peoples. Kimono Philippines wishes to
share in your vision of making known to a larger audience the language and culture
of the Philippines and Japan. In this connection, I would like to invite your
organization to be our sponsor in this auspicious event.
Attached herewith is a list of the sponsorship packages and an outline of the
sponsorship benefits. We accept full exchange deals which may come in forms of
books and/or other products. Should you have any questions about the sponsorship,
you may contact me through text at 0935-288-9710 or through e-mail at
nicoleyasto@gmail.com.
Our future affiliation is an honor that we, as an organization, will highly regard. On
behalf of the Kimono Night organizing team and Kimono Philippines, I strongly
commit to strive and to keep everything that is promised in this correspondence
intact.
Thank you very much for reading this letter. I look forward to your favorable
response.
Yours sincerely,
NICOLE MARIE B. YASTO
