*** 3,037 upgrades and 24,261 quick installs have been completed through EnergySmart. Units may receive multiple quick installs and/or make multiple upgrades. Quick installs include light bulbs, shower
heads, faucet aerators, weatherstripping, and programmable thermostats.
^ Exemptions include: ADUs and attached OAUs, mobile homes, new units/buildings permitted after July 19, 2001, and units that have received free weatherization through LPEC.
