The band undoubtedly adhere to the structure of stadium-sized alt-rock, but they
manage to imbue their sound with a thin veneer of extra detail, such as the
swooping melodrama of 'Fireworks and 'No Guilts surging chorus.

BIO
Alicewell is an alternative rock band, officially formed as a band by Lukas Fredriksson
and Robert Kolar in 2013 but their history go way further back when Robert Kolar and
Lukas Fredriksson were playing together in various local scene bands. Not long did it
take for band members to fully dedicate themselves to Alicewell and start working
on something great, on their debut album. It was established early on that they
would produce the album all by themselves in order to control every part of the
process. The recording and production was made in HearMe Studios.
After months of hard work Wounds was ready to conquer fans hearts. And it did.
After its release in February 2014 band started receiving lots of great reviews from all
around the world, including couple respected musicians as Kyle Burns from Forever
the Sickest Kids and Josh Lyford Four Year Strongs former keyboard player.

After having successful release, band got a small European tour and got to play in
Sweden, Denmark and Netherlands in May 2014. In the summer band put focus on
promoting themselves online gaining many new followers on Twitter and Instagram
every day.
October 2014 was very important to the band as it got them to the UK where theyve
played six great shows in London (The Dublin Castle), Manchester (The Fuel), Sheffield
(South Sea), Liverpool (Lomax), Leeds (Milo Bar) and Aberdeen (The Tunnels). Whole
tour was a big success and got band plenty new fans in England and Scotland. Best
recorded pieces made it into a live music video to their single Like You (released
April 2015).
Beginning of 2015 was better than expected as Alicewells cover of All Time Lows
Somethings Gotta Give (released in February) got viral, published on Rocksound
and reached out to All Time Low themselves who liked it very much.
After such great start of the year band locked themselves in the studio and started
working on their 2nd mini album/EP. Many long days in the rehearsing room brought 6
new powerful songs that got recorded in HearMe Studios in May. When whole piece
was ready, mixed and mastered band brought famous video maker Josh Partridge
to Sweden to make a proper video to their single Lost You Once which had its
premiere with Kerrang! on Oct 19th.
In October Alicewell appeared several times on Alex Bakers Kerrang! Fresh Blood
show with their song Like You, which Alex introduced the band as arena ready,
and then with Lost You Once.
Band has also been a part of Swedish label Bearning Hearts compilation Burn All
The Small Towns 3 with their song No Guit.
On November 20th new EP Young Hearts has been released which got the attention
of Punktastic, Already Heard, Glasswerk, Bring The Noise and many more, but, whats
more important, it got many great reviews from the fans.

Alicewell need a Hostel/Hotel for 7 persons or a warm dry floor to sleep on.
We can take mattresses and sleeping bags with us. Please confirm this at
least 14 days before the show.
Guestlist:
A total of 5 (five) guests to be given free admission into the venue.
Guestlist will be handed over by band/tour manager ahead of show-start.
