SCHOOLS MINDS REQURIEMENTS

School minds is a software application it can be used as an

interactive platform for all the entitles of school like Management,
Admin, Accounts, Library Management, Teachers and Parents.

The main intention of this application is the parent can monitor their
child’s performance in the school with out going to the school
through internet or sms.

This can be used to intimate about the parent teacher meeting,

school invitations, like sports day, Annual day celebration etc.

The school can use this application to maintains the student details,
Administration, Attendance, Accounts, Time table, Notification of
exams, transports etc. The management can view the branch details,
hostel and lodging details.

We can use this Application for:-

 In 1st phase we can start with 7 modules

1. ADMIN LOGIN:-

Admin will maintain new/old student data. New student join in the
school Admin will enter the details like Admission number, Class,
Section, Parent details, Residential address, Cell number, and email
id.

If they have any vaccines in the school it has to display.

Here student details will be these section has the following

reports.

• Admission wise
• Class wise
• Age wise
• Location wise
• Gender wise
• Complete Student Details
• Roll number wise

2. ACCOUNT LOGIN:-

Admin will send above details to Accounts department, if every

thing is fine ( like the student paid the fee) He/She will connected to
the concerned class teacher.

In accounts login parent will selected the mode of fee (monthly fee/
term fee/ yearly fee/, transport fee etc.)

3. CLASS TEACHER LOGIN:-

Class teacher will give the roll number, Performance of the Student
and attendance details.
4. STUDENT/PARENT LOGIN:-

In this login student/parent can see their ward’s performance,

attendance and all the matter which was updated by the school like
fee details, invitations, notification etc.

Regarding the student performance, attendance, invitations,

notification, fee details, etc will be sms to parents.

5. PRINICIPAL LOGIN:-

Principal has to able to see admin, accountant, and class teacher

login.

6. NOTIFICATION:-

Class wise
Assignment
Slip test
Unit test
Quarterly exams
Half yearly exams
Final exams

7. INVITAION:-

From here invitations like Sports day, Parent’s day, Teacher’s

meeting, annual day etc. We have to send by email &SMS.
