ONUFD101HPureDataTypeGEPONONUisaPassiveOpticalNetworkingCPE,based
on the broadband access of EPON technology. FD101H and FD2000S or FD1002S
(EPONheadendOLT)communicatewitheachother,providinganintegratedsolution
ofthebroadbandaccesstotheuserbasedontheEPONtechnology.
EPON Technology is a rising technology that combines with PON and Ethernet
Technologicalsuperiority.Itisatechnologythatpointtomultipointnetworking.The
GEPON OLT device communicates with many ONU devices for interconnection
throughthepassiveopticalnetworkinganditiscombinedwiththetechnologyofSFP
BIDI,soEPONsystemcoulduselessfiberresourcestomeettheneedsofOperator
aboutthemultiuserformultipleserviceaccess.
EPON Technology is based on the technology of Ethernet, and EPON device is well
compatiblewiththeexistingnetwork.Meanwhile,EPONdeviceprovidestheflexible
andreliableQOSservicetothecustomersbasedonthetechnologyofDBA.
GEPON ONU FD101H supports symmetrical 1Gbps transmission rate of uplink and
downlink,andcommunicateswiththeheadenddevice(FD2000SorFD1002SOLT).It
providesthecustomerwiththeguaranteeofstableQOS,andtheflexiblebandwidth
allocationofEthernetandIPintegratedservice.
ONU FD101H adopts single fibre WDM technology with downlink wavelength
1490nm and uplink wavelength 1310nm. It only needs onecore fibre to transmit
dataservice.
