+11,3% rise of new car registrations in France in November 2015

FRANCE INAUGURATES THE LARGEST SOLAR CENTRAL

IN EUROPE

Neoen, the leading independent producer of renewable electricity in France, inaugurated this Tuesday a new solar park
in Cestas, Gironde.
The size of the park is 260 hectares (equivalent to about 350 football fields), makes it the largest solar park in Europe
The output of the park corresponds to the annual consumption of a city with 300 000 inhabitants
The investment of 360 million Euros, clearly contributes to the growing consumption of solar electricity in France.
Consumption of solar electricity out of national electricity in France:
1.4% in 2014
1.7 % in 2015
Xavier Barbaro, CEO of Neoen, means that the solar park is

a springboard for export as the demand for solar energy has

increased a lot the past 2,5 years due to lower prices

GOOGLE AND EDFS NEW ENERGY AGREEMENT

EDF Energies Nouvelles has announced a long-term electricity supply agreement with Google, from the future wind
farm Great Western (201 MW).
The wind farm will be located in the northwest of Oklahoma, consist of 81 wind turbines and with the capacity 200
megawatts (MW) a capacity equivalent to the electricity consumption of 80,000 American homes
The deal implies a contract of 15 years of energy supply and will be operational in December 2016
This is the second deal between EDF Energies Nouvelless US subsidiary and Google
In 2012, Google invested in the 161MW Spinning Spur I wind farm in Texas

For EDF Executives, the agreement is in line with its strategy announced in September:
To double its electrical power plants based on renewable energies by 2030 through international expansion
For Google, the power purchase is part of their sustainable commitment to renewable energy:
To power its operations from 100% renewable energy
