Error;- Functional location does not exist.
Solution:-

Need to check whether the functional location exists in the system or not
by using tcode IH01.

Solution:- 1)Need to check whether the equipment is installed in
the Functional location you
had used by clicking on
structural dispaly button beside Functional Loc Field.

Solution;- Need to Release the maintenance order by using tcode
iw32

Error:;- Goods recipt for Purchase order not allowed
Solution:- If sdo has done business completion ,after that ,if we
do final release release of SES, then this type of error will come.
In this case , need to create new maintenance order for the
servises.
Precaution:- Before doing business completion ,Please ensure that
SES has Released till final release.

Error:-Purchase order has not released.
Solution:- Framework has not yet released, Release FO using tcode me29n.

Solution:- Serial always will be uniue., need to enter proper and
exact serial number.

settle.

2) There are no external operations and no internal
material entered in components tab.

Error:-Gatepass already exists for the eqquipment.
Solution:- Gatepass has already been created, need to recieve
the gatepass in respective level.

Solution:- Please check the Framework order you entered in the
maintenance order.You cannot use division work order for
maintenance services.

Error:- Please dismantle equipment from Functional location.

Solution:-When section

user creates gatepass for faulty

equipment, Before recieving by div user, it need to be dismantle
form Functional location.
