Key Responsibilities:
HR :
Maintain, follow up and update policies & procedures for Human Resources
Management (HRM) including recruitment, terms & conditions of employment,
planning, organogram, performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, different type of
office order and training of staffs and personal file etc.
Follow up & Maintains all personnel records and confidential documents pertaining
to personnel & HR issues.
Conduct internal Compliance audit independently to the all Factories of the group
and report to the Management.
Preparing and maintaining different docs, Vendor Profiles for for developing new
customer.
Coordinates with the audit procedures of following buyers: M&S, H&M, Hanes, Next,
Tesco, Sainsburys, Walmart, Jordache, Cintas etc.
CSR :
Find out training need and accordingly prepare the training calendar.
Conduct internal Compliance audit independently to the all Factories of the group
and report to the Management.
Working as a communicating link between the Factories and Head Office regarding
various HR & Compliance issues.
