Application and Agreement for Use of Exhibit Space

Applicant hereby applies for exhibit space at The Great American Motorcycle
Giveaway, (The GAMG), being put on by the Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3. This
application shall become an agreement between the applicant and Axemen M/C
Ohio Chapter 3 for the use of said space under the following conditions and terms.
Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3 will assign exhibit space in accordance with an
exhibitor’s preference, depending on its availability. The Exhibit fee will include
space rental, standard pipe and drapery and 2 exhibitor passes per company.
Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at check in for $20.00 each.
Exhibitors will receive a service kit from A.C.T. Inc. prior to the show outlining all
additional services and pricing available to them. The service kits will be emailed by
A.C.T. Inc. so we must have a valid e-mail address.

Terms and Conditions for Exhibit Space

Reservation Procedures
No telephone reservations will be accepted and there are no guaranteed
reservations without payment. You must complete the form and forward
to us with full payment to reserve your space. No Booth Space will be
assigned until full payment is received. Upon acceptance of your
application, a confirmation will be sent to you. Spaces will be assigned on
a first paid, first reserved basis. No exceptions.

Booth Space Assignment

All booth assignments will be given at the time of exhibitor check-in and
are based on a first paid, first reserved basis. We will work with you as
best as possible to honor your space requests. Special circumstances
require management discretion. Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3 reserves the
right to re-assign your space if you do not set up within the designated set
up times or call us at 614-266-9481.

Exhibitor Passes
You will receive your 2 passes at check in. Additional passes may be
purchased at $20.00 each

Set-up/Teardown policy
Each exhibitor will receive a confirmation of set-up/tear-down times. An
exception to these times will be exhibitors with large trailers or semi-
trucks. These larger displays may set up earlier upon management’s
request. No early teardown without management approval. No exceptions!

Merchandise Restrictions
Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3 has the exclusive right to display, license, sell
and merchandise all event novelties (t-shirts, run pins, etc.). Axemen M/C
Ohio Chapter 3 reserves the right to reject or restrict the sale or display of
any items that are deemed inappropriate, illegal or objectionable at its
sole discretion. Such items shall be immediately removed from display and
may be required to be removed from the premises. Axemen M/C Ohio
Chapter 3 reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict or otherwise
control the display or sale of all merchandise or products. No illegal
products or merchandise will be allowed at the event.

Fire Restrictions
Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all applicable State and Local Fire
Codes and the safety requirements of the Greater Columbus Convention
Center.

Cancellation Policy
120-90 days- Full Refund
89-60 days- 50% of Exhibit Fee Refunded
59-30 days- 25% of Exhibit Fee Refunded
29-0 days- No Refund
A $40.00 fee will apply to all returned checks

Release of Liability
Applicant agrees to observe and comply with all applicable laws, statutes,
ordinances, rules and regulations. Applicant assumes all costs and liability
arising from the use of patented, trademarked, copyrighted or service
marked materials, equipment, processes or creative rights. Applicant shall
not assign or attempt to sell or assign this agreement or any rights
hereunder without the prior written consent of Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter
3. Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3 reserves the right to terminate the license
granted by this agreement for good cause and, in said event, Applicant
agrees to waive and forego all claims for damages and recourse of any
kind. Applicant agrees to assume all risks arising out of or relating to its
attendance or participation at said event and to protect, defend,
indemnify and hold harmless Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3, the owner and
the operator of the event site and facility, and each of their agents,
servants, contractors and employees from any and all liability, loss,
damage or expense it may cause or sustain from any cause whatsoever,
including fire, theft, personal injury or property loss. I further
acknowledge that I am aware that I cannot sell, give or offer for sale any
pictures or accounting of this event for publication without the permission
of the Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3. I have read and understand all of the
above terms and conditions.
