Organize regular meetings with farmers and dealer, conduct field visits, and provide product
demonstrations to farmers and dealers etc. in order to expand business growth of the company.

Achieved 51% sales growth for pesticides over last year which is the highest in the entire region.
Successfully launched new products, excelled sales targets, and doubled the sales of strategic products.
Proficiently contributed in achieving 100% growth rate for Onion Pesticides (Antracol, Whipsuper, Folicur)
through directly targeting the root level and showcasing the product performance.
