Share ko lang po ang experience ko....natanggal po ang mga gallbladder stones ko sa simple home remedy na
ito....iwas operasyon po....wala rin po mawawala kung itatry nyo....ganito po yun
1. Sa loob ng limang araw uminom kayo ng apat na basong apple juice....magumpisa kayo ng lunes ng
umaga.....after lunch.....meryenda....at hapunan....pinapalambot ng apple juice ang gallstones...
2. Sa ikaanim na araw...Sabado na yun...hindi na kayo iinom ng apple juice...pero sa gabi hindi kayo kakain.....dapat
3pm ang last na kain nyo....pagdating ng 6pm ng sabado uminom kayo ng isang kutsaritang epsom salt na hinalo sa
isang basong maligamgam na tubig.......
3. Gawin nyo ulit ang paginom ng epsom salt na may maligamgam na tubig pagdating ng 8pm ....ang purpose ng
epsom salt ay para mabuksan ang daanan ng gallstones
4. pagdating ng 10pm uminom kayo ng pinaghalong olive oil at kalamansi...tag kalahating tasa sila.,,,,.hindi
mug,,,,tasa lang..magkaiba yun....so 1 tasa combined ang iinumin nyo...ihalong mabuti...ang purpose naman ng olive
oil at kalamansi ay para madulas ang dadaanan ng gallstones at hindi kayo masaktan...
5. kinabukasan ng linggo ng umaga itatae nyo na ang mga gallstones...kulay green cia na parang lumot,,,,..mukhang
malambot pero pag hinawakan nyo matigas....kunin nyo para may ebidensya kayo...at bilangin nyo rin......
Sundin nyo po ang oras......wag po kayo lalagpas o kukulang.....kumain kayo ng normal na kinakain nyo sa loob ng
5days....pero sa pang 6days may fasting na 3pm to 6am
nabibili po ang epsom salt sa mercury drug....hindi lahat ng mercury ay may tinda,,,,sa mercury drug harrison plaza
ako nakabili....at dalawang bote o gallon po pala ng apple juice ang bibilhin nyo....kakapusin pag isa lang ....hindi
porket wala kayong nararamdaman ay hindi nyo na susubukan ito...sa pagdaan ng panahon ay naiipon ang
gallstones sa katawan natin....mas mabuti na rin na naglilinis tayo ng katawan para hindi na siya dumami....Thanks po

For the gravy:

11/2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

1 Stuff chicken with lemongrass and green onions; set aside.


2 Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, cooking wine, garlic, five-spice powder, salt, and pepper in a
bowl. Mix until sugar dissolves.
3 Place chicken and soy sauce mixture in a large zip-top bag. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator
overnight.
4 Meanwhile, make the gravy: combine chicken stock, sugar, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and star
anise in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add dissolved cornstarch and cook until the sauce thickens. Turn off heat and remove star anise
pieces. Set aside and keep warm.
5 To cook chicken, preheat a steamer. Drain chicken, reserving the marinade. Steam chicken for 15
minutes. Remove from the steamer and brush reserved marinade all over the chicken. Refrigerate
for 15 minutes.
6 Preheat oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed pan until it registers 350F on a deep-fry thermometer. Cut
chicken into quarters or into 8 pieces. Deep-fry in batches just until skin is golden and crisp. Drain on
paper towels to remove excess oil.
7 Serve immediately with gravy on the side.
