Your Do-It-Yourself party includes the following slowly oven roasted meat(s),
carved and ready for serving.
Prime Yearling Roast Beef with our famous mustard gravy (GF)
or New spicy mustard gravy (GF) (up to 40 Guests)
Plus
Tender Roast Pork with apple sauce (2 meats included for bookings of 40 Guests or more)
Or
Roast Chicken Drumsticks (Extra $0.60 Per Guest)
Or
Succulent Roast Lamb (Extra $1.50 Per Guest)

Served with:

Steaming Hot Jacket Potatoes with sour cream

A Bakers Basket consisting of Freshly Baked Bread Rolls and Butter
(One Bread roll & individual butter portion per Guest)

*D.I.Y. kit which includes all serving equipment
required eg bowls, tongs, spoons, etc

AND/ OR
For an additional 60c Per Guest, we can pre-carve your meat
prior to delivery ($99 delivery charge applies) or pick-up

2. FULLY STAFFED CATERING
To present your Budget Spit Roast Menu
we recommend you utilise the services of our Catering Staff,
who can attend your function, serve the food and
clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.
