Target Market
The consumers for singkamas(turnip) chips will be all age group from 12-50
years are considered to be target customers. These target customers are health
conscious, loves to eat snacks which are crispy. They are always on the move so the
singkamas chips will be best fitted to them because they can munch on them in
between meals. More importantly, this consumer doesnt have time to prepare the
snacks at home. They either live alone because of their job or studies or they belong to
a nuclear family where their parents are extremely busy. However the expected frequent
users for singkamas chips would be youth, office goers, students, travelers and
members of a nuclear family.
SUPPLIER
The product has two main ingredients. First is the singkamas (turnip) and the
other one is the brown sugar. The researchers have identified a possible supplier for the
singkamas. They have considered AGRIMIN (Quezon Betu Multi Purpose Cooperative)
which is located in Tiaong, Quezon, because of its affordable price offerings. As for the
brown sugar, Batangas Integrated Sugar Planters Coop which is located in M.K. lina
street is considered because of low cost purchasing.
