Entry Requirements
The nature of the fashion system, its marketing and communication techniques,
distribution methods and brand management these are the core topics that
will come under your microscope. A picture will emerge of fashion as a cultural,
social and historical system and force, giving you a wider context in which to
place those famous retail and luxury brands.
The degree is divided into two distinct parts. The first half focuses on
teaching you the necessary theory, while the second half shows you how to
apply this theory in practical situations.
To complete your understanding of how fashion works in the real world, you
have the option of an integrated work experience module within a live fashion
industry scenario during semester three.
