ILLEGAL LOGGING

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
first of all, let us thanks to Allah SWT because of His blessings, we all can gather
here on this sunny morning. Shalawat and prayer, we will say to our greatest
prophet Muhammad SAW, his family, his friends and his followers. Amin.
With all due respect to the honourable Headmaster of MTsN Sewulan,
to my teachers from Junior High Schools in MtsN Sewulan,
to juries in this spech contest, and all the audience here.
I will thanks to my teachers and my friend Because support of them I can stand
here , so I stand here to speak about illegal logging .

Ladies and Gentlemen, let we look around us, nature at the past is so green, but
now has changed, the wood if you look so beautiful in the distance, but now is
gone from our earth.
Ladies and Gentlemen, maybe now only a story about all of it, all that remains is
damage in everywhere. we only generation that can receive the impact of the greed
illegal loggers, they dont think without to replant the trees they cut. Some
government policies in the forest sector both nationally and internationally in the
context of crime prevention of illegal logging (Illegallogging) issued since 1999
(one thousand nine hundred ninety nine) on combating the illegal felling of trees in
forests and Indonesia country. We need to preserve the forests so if we preserve
that our children and grandchildren can enjoy it in the future in our country, not
only our children and grandchildren but also all people in Indonesia can enjoy the
forest. we should not indiscriminately use the forest, if we have exhausted it will
be threatened by disaster. So that our forests remain sustainable, we must preserve
it.

Something we can do for wood in our country to get better:

1. replant deforested or known as reforestation.
Deforested areas or drought will be green again when done reforestation, by
replanting arid areas even thought the wood in this earth is not gone from our
earth.
2. Do not deforest haphazardly. we have to do selective logging system, when they
would cut down the tree we must look first of appropriate size and replace with a
new plant.
3. Cutting down sufficiently that means cutting only when strictly necessary to do
so in the means if we cutting the forest is enought we dont cutting them more.
Such is the character of our forests, forests will remain sustainable if we want to
preserve it. However, if we do illegal logging presence would be unsustainable,
and our children will not be able to enjoy it. I hope what I have to be a benefit to
the listeners, sorry what if there is an error please understandable.
