CRUDE OIL, SALES GAS & ETHANE PIPELINES - JER & JUBAIL-2 Project at Jubail & Manifa, KSA.
JOB PROFILE: (JOB RESPONSIBILTIES) :

(1) Prepare Quality plan, Technical Work Instructions in accordance with contract specifications and
company adopted quality management system (QMS) requirements .
(2) Establish and manage all Quality functions at project site by heading the QA/QC

department.
(3) To ensure the deliverables submission to client is on time.
(4) Attend weekly meetings with consultant and client.
(5) To plan well in advance the QA/QC personnel mobilization and demobilization based on the projects,
contractual and clients requirements.
(6) Inspection and regular surveillance of all the construction site.
(7) Raise and review required RFI and follow them till their closure.
(8) Manage all the Quality related documents and certificates from third party
laboratories.
(9) Manage and supervise all different tests required for site and laboratory ie:Compressive Strength, Slump, Temperature, Proctor test, Casagrande, FDT(Sand
Cone Replacement Method)
(10)Manage all required tests and calibration of machines and apparatus by approved
laboratories.
(11) Supervise & manage concrete batching plant on site and prepare required mix
design.
(12)Inspection and supervision of PCC and RCC including Cast in place or precast
concrete at various level as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards as required for
Control Building and P/L.
(13)Inspection and supervision of all steel works and form works as per SAES .
(14)Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples.
(15)Follow all the Non Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective action reports (CAR).
(16)Coordinate with construction team to enhance the progress with best engineering
practices.

Manage and request all the required materials for the site.
Assist and coordinate all the departmental managers and project manager to
follow all the engineering practices and drawings for the running and finishing of
the project.
