Investigamos el efecto hbrido en el desempeo integral para hoyuelo compuesto y GLV.
Protuberancias del hemisferio sobre el tubo ovalado inspirado en la binica antidesgaste puede reducir en gran medida la erosin.
RESUMEN
Para mejorar el rendimiento de transferencia de calor y reducir la erosin de los economizadores en
centrales elctricas de carbn, en primer lugar, la transferencia de calor y las caractersticas de erosin se
estudiaron numricamente para el tubo ovalado con aleta nica tipo H con mejores estructuras de transferencia
de calor, incluyendo agujeros de sangrado, generadores de vrtices longitudinales (GLVs) y hoyuelo-GLV
compuesto. Los resultados de la simulacin muestran que el tubo ovalado concompuesto GLV-hoyuelo,
consigue el ms alto rendimiento global de transferencia de calor, mientrasque el tubo ovalado con GLV
funciona ms eficientemente en el rendimiento anti-desgaste. Basndose en el tubo ovalado con aletas tipo
H, la estructura GLV en la primera fila de tubos junto con diseo de protuberancias en el hemisferio,
mientras que GLV-cavidad para el resto de los tubos. Tambin se simul el intercambiador de calor de
banco optimizado de tubo ovalado con aletas tipo H y se demuestra alto rendimiento tanto en transferencia de
calor como en anti-desgaste.

Cuando las partculas de ceniza volante chocan con la superficie del tubo
y aleta, las partculas de ceniza va a cambiar la trayectoria como
esquemtica en Fig.3. Para seguir el rastro de partculas, el modelo propuesto
por la colisin Tabakoff et al. [38] para el impacto de las partculas de ceniza de
carbn en la superficie de acero inoxidable es empleada. Coeficientes

dorsal como se muestra en la Fig. 6 (b). Adems, cuando fluye sobre la LVG,
el aire en la superficie posterior fluye a la superficie de la aleta delantera,
porque la presin en la superficie frontal es menor que en la superficie
posterior. Las lneas de corriente que atraviesa a travs de la aleta a travs
del orificio de sangrado y la LVG mejorar fuertemente el transporte de
fluidos entre la regin de la corriente principal y la regin de estela, cual
puede ser observado en la Fig. 6 (a) - (c).

4. Conclusiones
En este estudio, la transferencia de calor y las caractersticas de
erosin del tipo H con aletas tubo oval, tubo con LVGs, tubo con
sangrado DIM- y tubo con hoyuelos compuestos y LVGs se han
estudiado numricamente. Se obtienen los siguientes conclusiones.
1. El rendimiento global de las superficies de transferencia de calor
mejoradas se evala por el parmetro PEC. El tipo H con aletas
tubo oval con hoyuelos compuestos y LVGs proporciona el
rendimiento de transferencia de calor global. El rendimiento del tubo
