Notice is hereby given that all defendants in the above-named case appeal to the United

States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from the April 5, 2010 order of the

District Court denying Defendants’ Motion to Establish a Definitive Timeline for Termination of

the Consent Decree, its partial grant of Plaintiffs’ Renewed Motion for a Finding of Civil

Contempt and its partial denial of Defendants’ Motion to Modify Court Order Provisions

Requiring that the Court Monitor Approve, or Authorizing Her to Impose or Write, the District

of Columbia’s Plans, Policies, or Strategies, [Document 1025], and any and all orders merged

therein.
