Timings- 10 AM to 2 PM
Roles & Responsibility:

Hands on experience in making BRD's; FRD's; use cases (Mandate)

Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs in order to effectively
gather and document business requirements

Evaluates requirements against existing business and system processes

Creates models to identify, validate, document and communicate business requirements and organize them into a
comprehensive and understandable "to-be" state to ensure that the client understands both the requirements and
the results of changes to the system(s)

Publishes, distributes and ensures sign-off of business requirements

Leads requirements gathering sessions to evaluate and document existing business processes and future
business needs

Communicates technical issues to non-technical users/clients

Controls all changes through a formalized change request process, assessing the impact of requirement changes,
and updating requirements appropriately

Identifies opportunities to improve existing business and system processes

Works with the Architecture and Development teams to answer application and requirements questions and
resolve issues related to work assignments

Works with the Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure that that test plans, test scripts and test conditions are
based on the business and system requirements

Works with Customer Support, Training and Documentation teams to confirm that documentation reflects how the
software functions

Supports the ongoing management and maintenance of product applications Experience developing test
approaches and test execution plans for projects varying in size and duration.

Advanced analytical, problem solving, research, and time management skills.

Advanced experience demonstrating the fundamental skills and industry best practices of a business analyst
(from project initiation through closing)

Advanced experience analyzing complex business processes and systems in order to develop business
requirements and functional specifications.

Basic Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in the business analyst field; developing knowledge of clients, business needs and
processes.

Having excellent IT and strong communication skills

Should have strong experience in performing fit gap analysis

Strong knowledge of SDLC

Experience in providing recommendations, development and communicate business requirements

Analyze business activities to make them more efficient by using IT resources

Experience in developing business case, use case and requirement documents

Review and validate the requirement specifications document with client process owners and publish the same to
the functional and technical team

Communicate / Interact with client business teams in understanding the system issues and work with the
technical team in providing solutions

Assists in planning and designing business processes;

Assists in analyzing and documenting client\'s business requirements and processes;


communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual
data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.

Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in
order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.

Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client


needs.

Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore
potential solutions.

Executes systems tests from existing test plans. Assists in analyzing test results in various

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field

Two or more years of business analysis experience

Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups
within an organization

Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language

Job Description:
* Should be able to study the existing systems/apps and create requirements documents, process flow diagrams.
* Requirement Analysis and Elicitation (both Functional and Non Function requirements)
* Responsible for translating the business requirements into technical specifications - by creating businessrequirement document
(BRD), including design for the product.
* Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
* Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, design services
