Cementacin.(resumen)
El trabajo de la cementacin tiene como objetivo realizar un aislamiento total entre el
petrleo gas y agua de la formacin, del pozo. La cementacin provee un soporte al
pozo como paredes alrededor del mismo.
Una vez que se ha llegado a la profundidad de perforacin, el lodo es vaciado del pozo
mantenindolo en buenas condiciones y as poder hacer la corrida del casing, junta por
junta.
En el proceso de bajar el casing para realizar un buen trabajo de cementacin, el guide
shoe pone en contacto al casing en lo ms profundo del agujero, los centralizadores
mantienen al casing sin contacto con las paredes del pozo, los scratchers hacen el
trabajo de remover el Wall cake para afianzar bien la cementacin. Cuando ya se
concluye la ubicacin del casing en el pozo, el personal en superficie empieza a
preparar la mezcla de cemento con agua y aditivos en el camin cementador, teniendo
una consistencia de lodo lquido lo que le permite ser bombeado a altas presiones hacia
el pozo. Se instala en el elevador del taladro un tapn o retenedor de cementacin para
llevar el cemento al pozo, permitiendo controlar esta accin a travs de vlvulas. En el
retenedor se usan dos tapones uno superior y otro inferior, el inferior baja primero que
el cemento, y cuando se llega al collar del casing este tapn se rompe por un diafragma
llenando todo el espacio anular que es lo que se busca, el tapn superior por medio de
un fluido de desplazamiento presiona el cemento a seguir llenando el espacio anular,
hasta que este tapn queda en contacto con el tapn inferior, aqu la presin de bombeo
incrementa pues el tapn es slido indicando que se debe dejar de bombear acabando as
el proceso de cementacin. El tiempo en que el cemento adquiere dureza depende de las
condiciones de trabajo y el tipo de mezcla que se hizo, normalmente el secado del
cemento toma de 12 a 24 horas.

Cementation. (abstract)
The cementation work has the target to create a total isolated between oil gas and water
of the formation, with the wellbore plus the cementation provides a support to the well
like walls around it. Once it have reached the perforation depth, the mud is emptying
form the well maintaining it in good conditions, so for this way proceed to the casing
running, joint per joint.
In the casing down process to make a good cementation work the guide shoe put in
contact the casing with the wellbore bottom, centralizers maintain the casing without
wellbore walls contact, scratchers put to work in the wall cake removing for a secure
the process. When the casing is located already, the crew in surface begins to make the
cement mix in cement truck which includes cement so far, water and additives for make
a slurry consistency, which allows pumping it at high pressures to de well. At the rig
elevator, a plug retainer is set on to take the cement mix to the well, the same allows to
control the process by a valve. The plug retainer uses two wiper plug retainers, one in
the bottom and one at the top , the bottom plug downs first than the cement and once it

reaches the casing collar it breaks for the cement fills the annular space which is the
target, the top plug let down and displacement fluid push down the cement until the top
plug reaches the bottom plug at the casing collar and at this point the pressure increases
indicating the ending of the cementation. The time that takes the cement hardness
depends on the work conditions and the kind of mixes that made, normally the dry of
cement takes 12 to 24 hours.
