Mr. Errol Phillip Chang was

born the 21st June 1948 to
the late Gilbert and Violet
Chang in Kingston Jamaica.
Errol was the youngest of
six children; Horace,

the United States to pursue
his college education.
He enrolled at Tuskegee
University in Alabama
where his older brother was
already pursuing a degree.
Later, he transferred to
"Howard University" to
continue his studies.
Shortly after arriving in
Washington DC.

Errol met his future wife. They became friends.

They began dating. It wasn't long after the
couple got married; they learned that they were
expecting a child. Male child born in 1971.
The couple later gave birth to twins in 1976 to
complete their family.

support his family and continue his education,
Errol graduated from Howard University with a
degree in Electrical Engineering. Errol also
received numerous awards in recognition of his
job performance while devoting more than 15
years of service to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). Errol enjoy
spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter, being a member of the
Championship Soccer Team, The Hustler and revisiting his homeland of Jamaica.
On the 20th of April 2001, Errol Phillip Chang went home to be with the Lord. His
wife of over 28 years, daughter and son were at his side. Errol is also survived by
his two other children, Yvette and xxx and grandchildren and soon to be
granddaughter this summer.

Confirmation of Mr. Errol Phillip Changs Employment:

Original Report June 2001 - Errol P. Chang, a member of Equipment
Authorization Branch of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) died on
April 20th, following complications from surgery. Chang was 52 years old. Chang
was an 18-year veteran of the FCC. He started at the FCC Laboratory in2 June
1983 in the Equipment Authorization Branch.
After several years, he transferred to Commission headquarters where he served in
the RF Safety Branch. Chang returned to the Laboratory and the Equipment
Authorization Branch in 1996. Chang is survived by his wife, a son and two
daughters.

starting University (USA). Also, at this time he fathered an unwanted pregnancy.

iii) However, Errol struggle to find work and support his family keeping in mind
he was a Graduate in engineering not a car wash attendant. An Engineer graduate
who could not find work in 17 years in his field. Ok, yes we all have dry period to
work search. But 17 Years Just Not Possible. What's the cause of that?

years from the time Mr. Chang started University until the time he got employment
in his field of Engineering

He went in the hospital after experiencing no bowel movement for a few days and
this concerned him. He did not go and see his doctor. He went to the ER. Why is
that important to me? Well, it tells me that he was experiencing a feeling of

Surgery Meaning what exactly? "They hospital and doctors did not know what

What Does It Mean No Bowel Movement ILEUS.
Meaning when the bowel is not moving or blocked. Mechanical and nonmechanical. Mechanical obstructions. A mechanical cause, which means
something, is in the way. Ileus, a condition in which the bowel doesn't work
correctly (but there is no structural problem). Occur because the bowel is
physically blocked and its contents cannot pass the point of the obstruction. This
happens when, abnormal tissue growth, or the presence of foreign bodies in
the intestines. VICTIMS POISONED. There is no way can the person continues
to a regular life with ILEUS. Because the stool must come out somehow. This
leads to the bowel being perforated. When things are not moving. Meaning it
erupts and spills its content into the abdomen/Belly. This leads to life threatening
situation. The patient can die from infection and or blood loss. Rapid death can
occur as quickly as 1 week.
MEDICAL ON ILEUS:
Definition - Ileus is a partial or complete non-mechanical blockage
of the small and/or large intestine. The term "ileus" comes from
the Latin word for colic.
Description - There are two types of intestinal obstructions,
mechanical and non-mechanical. Mechanical obstructions occur
because the bowel is physically blocked and its contents cannot
pass the point of the obstruction. This happens when the bowel
twists on itself (volvulus) or as the result of hernias, impacted
feces, abnormal tissue growth, or the presence of foreign bodies
in the intestines.

Unlike mechanical obstruction, non-mechanical obstruction, called ileus or

paralytic ileus, occurs because peristalsis stops. Peristalsis is the rhythmic
contraction that moves material through the bowel. Ileus is most often associated
with an infection of the peritoneum (the membrane lining the abdomen). It is one
of the major causes of bowel obstruction in infants and children. Another common
cause of ileus is a disruption or reduction of the blood supply to the abdomen.
Handling the bowel during abdominal surgery can also cause peristalsis to stop, so
people who have had abdominal surgery are more likely to experience ileus. When
ileus results from abdominal surgery the condition is often temporary and
usually lasts only 48-72 hours.
Ileus sometimes occurs as a complication of surgery on other parts of the body,
including joint replacement or chest surgery. Over all, the total rate of bowel
obstruction due both to mechanical and non-mechanical causes is one in one
thousand people (1/1,000).
Causes and symptoms When the bowel stops functioning, the following symptoms

Abdominal cramping, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, failure to
pass gas or stool
My Investigation Met a lady about a year ago, her story will shock you. She swallowed many bags
of Cocaine. Near death she was rushed to hospital in Ottawa Canada. When the Dr.
came in to see her. He told her, If you did not meet me today you would be dead.
He said her inside resemble cheese with holes all over. He had to do a rush surgery
on this lady. Cut her open. She survived and I saw her scar on her tummy. What
she said is I cannot understand your dad case, and I agree with you. It smells like
foul play. She gave me permission to use her story and contact the surgeon who did
this amazing surgery to save her life.

(singular) (cavernous body of the penis) is one of a pair of sponge-like regions of
erectile tissue, the corpora cavernosa (plural) (cavernous bodies), which
contain most of the blood in the penis during an erection. Such a corpus is
homologous to the corpus cavernosum clitoridis in the female; the body
of the clitoris contains erectile tissue in a pair of corpora cavernosa (literally
"cave-like bodies") with a recognisably similar structure.
Anatomy - The two corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum
(also known as the corpus cavernosum urethrae in older texts and
in the diagram to the right) are three expandable erectile tissues
along the length of the penis, which fill with blood during penile

The spongy tissue fills with blood,
from arteries down the length of

engorges the corpora cavernosa, which expand
to hold 90% of the blood involved in an erection, increasing both
in length and in diameter.

The function of the corpus spongiosum is to prevent compression

of the urethra during erection. Blood can leave the erectile tissue

diet and health. Normally it is semisolid, with a mucus coating. The brown
coloration comes from a combination of bile and bilirubin, which comes from dead
red blood cells.
In newborn babies, initially fecal matter is yellow-green after the meconium. This
coloration comes from the presence of bile alone. In time, as the body starts
expelling bilirubin from dead red blood cells, it acquires its familiar brown
appearance, unless the baby is breast feeding, in which case it remains soft, pale
yellowish, and not completely malodorous, until the baby begins to eat significant

Bile overload is very rare, and not a health threat. Problems as simple as serious
diarrhea may cause blood in one's stool. Black stools caused by the presence of
blood usually indicate a problem in the intestines (the black color is a sign of
digested blood), whereas red streaks of blood in stool usually are caused by
bleeding in the rectum or anus. Sometimes food may make an appearance in the
feces. Common undigested foods found in human feces are seeds, nuts, corn, and
beans, mainly because of their high dietary fiber content. Beets may turn feces
different hues of red. Artificial food coloring in some processed foods, such as
highly colorful packaged breakfast cereals, can cause unusual coloring of feces if

This is my father. I did not grow up with him. I lived with him for only one year
on Georgia Ave DC and I attended Calvin Coolidge Senior High. While living with
Mr. Changs USA Family I warned everyone about this he/she several times. It was
just blown off as nothing. Errol and I did not have a close relationship.
However the truth must come out. Mr. Chang (USA) and his daughter (CDN) lives
are parallel" to each other. I was abandoned and grew up without a strong parental
guidance. This I am sad to say Mr. Chang is not the only victim; he will be missed
and loved. The truth must come out, that is the right thing to do.

of Queen Victoria who celebrated her Jubilee Anniversary that year. A public

continued to enjoy such spectacles until the end of his life. His pontificate provided
one of the gravest scandals in the Vatican since the Reign of the Whores, and the
parade of his sexual license was maintained with little or no concealment. It is from

dei Cattanei, the pretty young married daughter of his chamberlain, whom Borja
paid to arrange a series of secret daytime liaisons with her. As a result of this affair,
Cesare Borja (1475-1507) was born, and the birth certificate acknowledges this. In
his teenage years, a bitter Cesare, in his father's presence, stabbed the
chamberlain, decapitated him and pierced his head on a pole with an attached

serious. It was claimed that Alexander VI had sex with Lucrezia (1480-1519), his
daughter by Rosa Vannozza dei Cattanei. One wit of Rome called Lucrezia "the
pope's daughter, wife and daughter-in-law", and he reportedly fathered "nieces"
with her (A History of the Popes, ibid.). It is not worth serious enquiry here whether
he had two or three children with Lucrezia, as most acknowledge, but other aspects
of his conduct must be noted.Cesare was Rodrigo Borja's favourite son. When
Cesare was only seven, his father prepared his way to the College of Cardinals by
making him a bishop, from which he received a substantial income. When Cesare
was eighteen, his father, as Pope Alexander VI, conferred cardinality upon him and
later elevated him to commander of the Vatican military in its efforts to extend the
Papal States. Cesare grew into a man of clear and powerful intellect and the pope
supported him until his death. Rodrigo gravely abused his position as both a
cardinal and the head of the Church in establishing a scheme of family
aggrandisement, seen in the rapid advancement of the careers of his children Pedro
Luis (1468-88) (for whom he purchased the duchy of Ganda, the Borjas' ancestral

Burchard's Diarium that Guilia's daughter Laura was fathered by Pope Alexander
VI.It was this same pope who had the ascetic Italian religious reformer Girolamo
Savonarola (1452-98) and his two Dominican disciples hanged and then burned for
"religious error" at Florence in May 1498. Amidst his dissoluteness, however,
Alexander was aware of the "silent spread of suspicion in the intelligentsia, even in
the clergy themselves" about the validity of Christianity, and, realising that his
institution could not afford to have its credentials checked, he moved quickly to
establish censorship of damaging publications (Diarium of Burchard, op. cit.) In
1501 he issued an edict ordering that no book discussing the Christian religion be
printed without the written approval of the local archbishop or "bearing the personal
permission and privilege of the Pope" (Diarium of Burchard, ibid.). This was the
beginning of the Index of Prohibited Books, and the suppression of books
challenging Church dogma soon became official Vatican policy. It was perhaps the
most dramatic form of censorship known to the world, by which the Church for
centuries policed the literature available to the public, and it maintained official
