CEMENT:
Cement will be delivered in bags and stored on concrete/wood/steel/ Platform.
Cement shall be stacked inside the well ventilated shed & each consignment shall be
stacked separately.
6.3.2
AGGREGATES:
Aggregates will be stored on concrete/steel floors and will be separated with suitable
bins to avoid intermixing.
6.4
Full fledged laboratory will be established at site in due course. Till such time we
propose to do concrete Mix design and tests in recognized institutes such as GERI and
M.S. University Baroda. After the finilisation of Mix design and approval from
TECPL / GSPL we will start the actual Concreting work.
6.5
BATCHING
The aggregates and cement will be batched by means of suitable weigh batching
machines and materials will be handled in Steel Boxes of specified size. Temperature
of cement will be kept below 40C at the time of incorporation into the mix.
Convenient system of measuring water to the concrete Mixture will be installed.
6.6
MIXING CONCRETE
Suitable concrete mixers (10/7) of approved type will be used for Mixing concrete
