INFORMACION GENERAL
A.B.-

Se disputar a 10 rondas, sistema Suizo FIDE.

El comienzo de las partidas ser a las 1600 horas, excepto la ronda
10 (da 16, sbado) a las 0900 h.
C.- El ritmo de juego ser: 90 minutos de tiempo final + incremento de
30 segundos por jugada.
D.- Local de Juego: PABELLN POLIDEPORTIVO DE BENASQUE
E.- Vlido para obtencin de Normas Internacionales y Evaluacin
Rating FIDE y FEDA
F.- INSCRIPCIN: 40 . Los nacidos en el ao 2002 y sucesivos, 30 . El
cierre de Inscripciones ser el da 30 de Junio. nicamente se
admitirn las 550 primeras inscripciones.
G.- Jugadores ELO FIDE + 2.400, inscripcin gratuita.
H.- La inscripcin se abonar antes de la 3 Ronda, sin este requisito el
jugador no ser emparejado en la 3 ronda.
I.Existirn das libres a disposicin de los jugadores. Los das libres
para la 1 y 2 ronda debern ser solicitados antes de la 1 ronda,
los siguientes antes de terminar la ronda del da anteior. No ser
emparejado y se le otorgar cero puntos.
J.- Por las caractersticas de la Sala (Normativa G.A.), no estar
permitido fumar, ni introducir comida o bebida en las Salas de Juego
y de Anlisis. Los jugadores debern tener los telfonos o cualquier
otro medio de comunicacin con el exterior totalmente apagados, si
se hace cualquier uso el jugador perder la partida.Si un
participante no acata la reglamentacin pertinente, comete falta de
tica ajedrecstica o se comporta inadecuadamente dentro o fuera
de las instalaciones del Torneo, podr ser penalizado, y en funcin
de su falta, llegar incluso a la descalificacin definitiva.
K.- El Reglamento/Base Oficial del Torneo ser de obligado
cumplimiento y figurar en el local de juego, en idioma espaol, no
hacindose la Organizacin responsable de los posibles errores de
traduccin en la pgina web, donde solo es informativa.
L.- Los participantes espaoles debern tener, obligatoriamente,
licencia en vigor expedida por la Federacin Espaola.
M.- Todos los jugadores debern tener obligatoriamente cdigo en la
FIDE, sin el cual no podrn participar en el torneo.
N.- Los participantes en el torneo autorizan la publicacin de sus datos
personales en los diferentes medios de comunicacin que la
organizacin considere oportunos para la necesaria difusin del
evento; listados de resultados, clasificaciones, participantes,
partidas, etc.
O.- La participacin en este Torneo supone la total aceptacin del
Reglamento / Bases del mismo.

A.- The tournament will be played over 10 rounds, Swiss System FIDE.
B.- Match timetable will start at 1600 h. Except, the 10 round (Saturday
16) that will start at 0900 hours.
C.- There will be an playing rhythm: 90 minutes + 30 seconds per move.
D.- Place: BENASQUE SPORT PAVILION.
E.- The tournament will count towards to point for FIDE and FEDA rankings.
F.- INSCRIPTION FEE: 40. Players born in 2002 and successive will be:

30. The inscription will be closed on 30 June. Only the 550 first
inscriptions will be accepted.
G.- Players ELO FIDE + 2400 free inscription.
H.- The inscription shall be paid before the 3rd round, without this
requirement the player will not be matched in the 3rd round.
I.- There will be byes available free days at players disposition.The free

days for 1 and 2st round must be requested before the 1 round,the
following before finished the previous round . The player(s) will not be
matched and will they be granted with zero points.
J.- Because of the characteristic of the Playing Room (Legislation G.A.),
smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed in the Playing Room and
Analysis. Players must have phones or any electronic means
communication with the outside totally off, if a player any use will lose
the game.
If a participant does not comply with the regulations, commits
misconduct or behaves inappropriately inside or outside the
installations of the tournament, may be penalized, and depending on
his fault, even to reach the final disqualification.
K.- Regulation Rules /Official Bases Tournament being mandatory, will be
displayed in the playing room, in Spanish, The Organization will not be
held responsible for any translation mistakes on the website, which is
purely informative.
L- The Spanish participants must be obligatorily valid license issued by the
Spanish Federation.
M.- All players must have obligatorily FIDE code, without this requirement,
may not participate in the tournament.
N.- Participants in the tournament authorize the publication of your
personal data in different media that the organization considers
appropriate for the necessary publicity of the event; lists results,
rankings, participants, items.
O.- Participation in this tournament presumes the total acceptance of
Regulation/Rules of the same

BLITZ TOURNAMENT
1.-Will be played in the Avenue Los Tilos from 10.00 in the morning on
10/07/2015 (Sunday). Swiss system with 9 rounds (3min +2sec per move).
2.-Free inscription. With a max of 100 participants.
