Certification
Manufacture
The information on any fabrication drawings and
details is programmed into a Cam data file which is
transmitted directly to the rolling or fabrication plant.
All major components are normally ink jet printed to
show what they are and from which material they
have been formed.
This process is so that there is a trail which shows
exactly what has been manufactured.
CE Marking
BW Industries Limited Factory Production Control
was third part assessed against EN 1090-1:2009+A1
2011, by SGS UK. We achieved accreditation to
EXC2 and standard ISO 14731 and ISO 3834.
This certification covers the following products:
Steel Structural Purlins, Mezzanine Steel Channels,
Fabricated Structural Steel Assemblies and
SureBUILD Engineered Wall Panels.

Bracing
Bracing to give lateral
stability to the frames
can be provided if
required. For the
SureBUILD system this
can be in the form of
integral K bracing
formed within the panel
thickness or alternatively
crossed flat bracing fixed
to one or both sides of
panel as required.

BW Framing
BW Industries standard SFS sections range in depth from 75mm to 350mm with a range of gauges
from 1mm to 3mm
A range of larger sections up to depths of 500mm and gauges up to 5mm are also available
(these can be arranged back to back in pairs to form main structural columns)
Sections are perfectly straight and are easily adapted on site
Freedom from shrinkage and settlement
Weight reduction in comparison to masonry and concrete methods
Safer and easier site installations
Resistance against fire, insects and rot
More time and cost effective to traditional methods of construction
Increased stability and durability
Sections are light gauge cold-formed pre-galvanised steel sheet with a Z275 coating
The stated gauges are core steel thickness plus the standard (Z275) zinc coating thickness of 0.04mm
Sections are generally manufactured from grade S450 steel with a minimum yield strength
of 450M/mm

BW Framing
BW Industries Partition and Dry Lining sections range in depth from 50mm to 100mm with a range
of gauges from 0.5mm to 1.2mm
Used to make non-load bearing walls in refurbishment and new build developments
Sections provide long term flexibility and ease of adaption and are dimensionally accurate
Freedom from shrinkage and splitting
Weight reduction in comparison to masonry and concrete methods
Safer and easier site installations
Resistance against fire, insects and rot
More time and cost effective to traditional methods of construction
Fast construction on site which results in earlier completion times
Increased stability and durability
Sections are light gauge cold-formed pre-galvanised steel sheet with a Z275 coating
The stated gauges are core steel thickness plus the standard (Z275) zinc coating thickness of 0.04mm
Sections are generally manufactured from grade S450 steel with a minimum yield strength of 450M/mm
