End-Beneficiaries: Students from high schools in question (Annex 2)
Target group:
1-experts (psychologists, social assistant, Sociologists, school counselors, etc.)
2 high school students targeted by the project (Anexa2)

VI. PROJECT PURPOSE
Purpose project aims to raise awareness on the phenomenon of target group
discrimination in high school environment, and promote the need for implementation of policies
The high school social prevention and combating discrimination.
VII. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
I Awareness campaign has the following objectives:
1) Active involvement of students in open classes in schools, supported by:
-A specialist from the "National Council for Combating Discrimination"
-A specialist from the Association Accept Romania
-A team of specialists from Petre Andrei University of Iasi, nominated by
organizing committee
2) Make a research to find out what level of discrimination as
expression predominates in schools.
3) a contest artistic / theoretical work (video / photos / essays) on
discrimination in high schools concerned (Annex 1)
4) Create an official website www.sdil.ro
II National Conference on "Stop Discrimination in Schools" in 2010 has the following objectives:
1) Debates on the phenomenon of discrimination in schools.
2) Debate on the implementation of social policies, prevention and
control in rural high schools.
3) Presentation of works scientifically on "Discrimination in schools"
in terms of psychological, sociological and economic.
VIII. Expected results
Awareness among young-of phenomenon of discrimination and ways
combat this phenomenon.

 -Awareness Society, and the opening of a new horizon of opportunities, perspectives
Romania social, equal opportunities, social and education for young high school students.
-Promote the project in order to have coverage in Iasi, on all
the media.
-Assessment of the level of discrimination, the result of the targeted high schools
(Annex 1)

X. PROJECT SUMMARY
Petre Andrei University of Faculty of Social Work in partnership with
National Council for Fighting Discrimination, accept Romania, PSI
Romania, and the Mayor of the City, Stop Discrimination in organizing project
Gymnasiums.

II. The project was initiated for reasons of human rights in cases
discrimination, and treating all forms of discrimination in high schools in the area
Municipality.

III. The project will be conducted in two phases.

I Organisation of awareness campaigns and promotion.
II a conference on discrimination in schools at the University
Petre Andrei Iasi.
Fee on different categories of guests (Annex 3)
The students will benefit from reduction texei participation in the conference.
