Read the passage below and answer the question that follows.

People say the best time to exercise is in the morning although it is possible to
exercise in the afternoon, evening or even at night. There are many sound reasons for
exercising in the morning.
Firstly, there are fewer distractions in the morning. If one were to wait till the end of
the day, there will be every excuse to give for not exercising. Besides, early morning
exercise can wake up a person and energise him or her for the day.
Not everyone can get out of bed early in the morning to exercise; doing so is a big
effort. However, it is good to get up, maybe a bit earlier to get it done with so that it does
not bother you for the rest of the day. This is because as time passes, it is harder to find a
slot for exercise. Also, the early morning temperature is cooler and the air is fresher
because it is less polluted.
However, one has to be careful because early in the morning, the muscles are stiff and
cold so it is easier to get injured. However, a bit of warming up before doing the exercise
can help prevent this.

Write a summary on why the best time to exercise is early in the morning.

Your summary must:

not more than 60 words, including the 10 words given below

be in continuous writing (not note form)

be written in one paragraph.

Use your own words as far as possible without changing its original meaning.

Begin your summary as follows:
