Planning in the utilization of ICT in integrative education covering policy, quality

standardization, network infrastructure and content, preparedness and human culture
education is important to be organized and managed effectively and efficiently.

Implementation of ICT-based education through open and distance education (eLearning), requires the support of all parties, especially the government, private and
public investment to allocate budgets and adequate education.
