1. Cab windows and wipers.
2. Cab door are acceptable and free from any damages.

6. Air conditioning is working and in good condition.

Upper flange face of pedestal is flat and level for slew ring installation
Witness and record tightening of slew ring bolts and ensure that they are tightened to

correct torque. *W*
Torque value:
Check slew gear is free of grid or foreign particles and ensure proper greasing of slew
14
gear and turn table bearing.

Check that the hydraulic system is correct to drawing and specification

Check aligment of hydraulic pump and driver.
Check hydraulic tank for cleanliness, the filling arrangement, strainer, sigh glass and

drain valve.

Check hydraulic hose connections and hoses are neatly dressed.
Check that all lubricant/hydraulic oil and coolant are filled to the correct level and
19
specification.
Check crankcase lube oil for contamination. *W*

Grade of lube oil / Quantity:
Confirm that all hydraulic accumulators have been pre-charged to vendors

recommended pre-charge pressure
Confirm that all pulsation dampers have been pre-charged to vendors recommended pre

-charge pressure
All ropes are greased and reeved correctly and the manufacturer's certificates are

available, seen and filed. *W*
Check that wire rope is wound properly on drum and rope end anchorage is done

properly.

Ensure that brake band adjustment is checked according to vendors instruction.

Manufacturer's certificates for the hook and all sheaves are available, seen and filed
