Similar nature work means contractor should have experience of cleaning work
like turbine house cleaning, underground drain cleaning, Boiler house cleaning &
ESP cleaning work at any TPS of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/Any Gov Org/Semi
Gov org/PSU.
Similar work means work of cleaning of conveyor system at various power
stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/OTHER SEB/PSU/Govt. Companies.
The bidder should have completed work of mechanical maintenance of various
auxiliaries like conveyor belts of capacity more than 500TPH, Wagon Tippler,
Coal Crushers, Vibrating Feeders etc. at various power stations of
MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/any Government organization/PSU.
The bidder should have completed work of Overhauling of HT Motors at any
government company / SEB/ NTPC/ Mahagenco/Any Gov Org/Semi Gov Org/PSU.
Servicing & Repairs of Air Heaters for 200 / 210 MW or above units at any
government company / Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO / PSU.

Similar Work means any mechanical maint work /Fabrication work at any
government company / Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO / PSU.
The bidder should have completed work of repairs / replacement / erection
of PF pipe lines, at various power stations of MSPGCL /NTPC /Other SEB/any
Government organization/PSU.
Similar work means work of HP welding of pipes, bends, valves etc. of 200/210
MW or above capacity units in Generation co. of any state, NTPC or power
stations from corporate sector.
Similar nature work means contractor should have experience of cleaning work
like Boiler house cleaning, Ash/spillage coal transportation & ESP cleaning work
Similar nature work means contractor should have experience of work like
Bunker scrapping, Chute choke up removal in CHP, Boiler house cleaning & ESP
hopper choke up removal work, coal leakage removal work and reject
transportation work in any TPS of MSPGCL /NTPC/ TATA/ RELIANCE /Other
SEB/any Govt. organization/ PSU.
i. The bidder should have experience for the work of Handling of FO/LDO oil tanker /coal wagons & allied
work in Coal Handling Plant at various power stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other
TPS/TATA/RELIANCE/Any Govt. organization/PSU.

Similar nature work means contractor should have experience of COLLECTION, LIFTING &
TRANSPORTATION OF material from MAJOR STORE A, KTPS, KORADI to section site at any TPS of
MSPGCL/other SEB/NTPC/any Govt. Organization/PSU.
The bidder should have experience for the work of repairs/servicing/maintenance/calibration of weigh
bridges etc, at various power stations of MSPGCL /NTPC /Other TPS.

The bidder should have completed any mechanical maintenance in AHP site or
work of maint & replacement of ash slurry lines at any thermal power plant of
Mahagenco/NTPC/SEB/any Govt Organisation /PSU
The bidder should have completed work of mechanical maintenance of pumps
(C.W.pump/ Slurry pump/Seal water pump/Ash water recovery pump etc) for any
Thermal power plant of Mahagenco/NTPC/SEB/PSU/ANY GOVT ORGANIZATION.
Similar work means work of various cooling towers such as nozzles cleaning,
replacement of missing nozzles, replacement of broken A.C. pressure pipes &
drift eliminator assemblies etc. of 200/210 MW or above capacity units in
Generation co. of any state, NTPC or power stations from corporate sector.
The bidder should have completed work of cleaning and hydraulic testing of any
oil/water coolers/heat exchangers at any thermal power plant of
Mahagenco/NTPC/SEB/any Govt Organisation /PSU
Similar Work means any insulation work of boiler / HP valves pipelines / Ducts at
any government company / Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO / PSU.
FOR AC PLANT CHILLER:-The bidder should have completed similar work means
work of repairing /retubing of AC Plant Chiller or any other heat exchanger at
any Government Company / Other SEB/ NTPC/ MAHAGENCO/ PSU.
The bidder should have completed work of maint & periodic service of
compressor for Inst. Air / Service air for Thermal power plant of Mahagenco/
NTPC/ SEB etc.
The bidder should have completed work of REWINDING of HT Motors at any
government company /MSPGCL/ SEB/NTPC/SEMI GOV ORG./PSU

The firm should have experience of executing the work of laying various sizes of
415 V LT Cables and 6.6 KV HT Cables, dressing termination and making straight
through joints for the above. The firm should have successfully executed similar
works of cable laying termination & trench excavation at any government
company.
Statutory license: The bidding firm must have valid electrical contractor
license and supervisor license issued by appropriate Govt. Authority. The
documentary proof of which must be attached invariably with offer.
The bidder should have carried out work of operation & maintenance of lift at
any Government Company / Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO /
TATA/RELIANCE/PSU.
Similar work means regarding high pressure work like cutting, welding of boiler
tubes & repair /replacement of HP valves as per IBR norms in TPS of
MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/TATA/RELIANCE/any Govt. organization /PSU
" The bidder should have experience ofServicing of Coal mill XRP-763/803/883/
or milling plant of capacity 31.5 MT/Hrs/per mill or above at any TPS of
Mahagenco/NTPC/SEB.
FOR SOOT BLOWER:-Similar Work means any mechanical maintenance work at
any government company / Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO / PSU.
FOR OIL GUN:-The bidder should have completed similar work means repairs /
supply of oil gun & its spares at any Government Company /Semi Gov/TPS of
any Other SEB / NTPC / MAHAGENCO / PSU
The bidder should have successfully executed the composite work of "Belt
vulcanizing & pulley lagging" in Thermal Power Stations or any other
plants/mines where bulk material handling operation is carried out on Nylon
-nylon & steel cord conveyor belts.
The bidder should have experience of P-Way works / Railway track maintenance
in Coal Handling Plant at various power stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other TPS.
FOR DOZER MAINTS:-The bidder should have experience for the of the repair
and over hauling of bulldozer( various system such as FD, Trans, SS, TSA,UC)
of various power stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB
The bidder should have experience for the work of Handling of coal wagons, oil
tanker & allied work in Coal Handling Plant at various power stations of
MSPGCL/NTPC/Other TPS/TATA/RELIANCE/Any Govt. organization/PSU

Similar work means round the clock removal of stones and extraneous material
coming along with coal for minimum one year from 'running conveyor belt' in a
round the clock operating 'coal handling plant' of minimum 350 MT/Hr capacity
having conveyor belts of 1000 mm or more width running at a minimum speed
of 1.5 m/sec in a Thermal Power Station of minimum 200 MW capacity.
The bidder should have experience for the work of unloading of coal wagons at
various power stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/Any Gov/Semi Gov Org/PSU.
The bidders should have a fleet of at least 2 No. poclain owned / hired by him
with adequate manpower to carry out the work of unloading of coal wagons at
CHP stack yard. Bidders shall enclose the necessary documents for having the
necessary fleet of vehicle

Similar work means work of cleaning / Maintenance of conveyor system at

various power stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/OTHER SEB/PSU/Govt. Companies.
The bidder should have experience for the work of providing services for various
auxillaries like wagon tippler,coal crusher,coal feeder,stacker
reclaimer,conveyor system,etc.operation and maintenance at various power
stations of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other TPS/PSUs/Govt. Undertaking Companies.
FOR STRENGHTENING OF EXISTING ROLLER FOUNDATION:--Similar work
means repairs and strengthening to various foundation by epoxy treatment,
micro concrete, modified plaster etc. at any TPS of Mahagenco/ NTPC/ Other
SEB/ PSU/ any Govt. Org.
Similar work means miscellaneous civil maintenance works, at any TPS of
Mahagenco/ NTPC/ Other SEB/ PSU/ any Govt. Org.
Maintenance of Garden work./any Civil work at any TPS of MSPGCL/Other
SEB/NTPC/Any Gov Org/Semi Gov Org/PSU
The bidder should have completed work of chemical handling , floor cleaning
and other allied work at Gov/Semi Gov/ MAHAGENCO /NTPC /PSU /TPS of any
other SEB.
The bidder should have completed work of Monitoring of stack Emission,
Performance of ESP,D. G. set Emission, Noise Level , GLC & Fugitive Dust
Studies in & around at any TPS of Mahagenco /NTPC /Other SEB/Any Central Gov
Org/State Gov Org/PSU.

The bidder shall have to supply of skilled & unskilled labour (experienced in the
operation and maintenance of Coal Sampler Auger Machine / Wagon Tippler /
Stacker declaimer / Coal Handling Plant ) on daily basis to various power
stations like MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/any Govt. organization/PSU
The bidder should have completed work of Collection & Analysis of effluent
water, surface water & Ground water or effluent analysis & monitoring at any
TPS of MSPGCL/NTPC/Other SEB/Any Gov Org/Semi Gov Org/PSU.
