Mail for Exchange for Nokia Asha

Version 2

1 Overview
With Mail for Exchange app, you can access your email, calendar, and contacts of your Microsoft
Exchange account on your mobile phone. The Mail for Exchange app syncs updates from your email,
calendar, and contacts on your mobile phone with the content of your Microsoft Exchange, Office
365, or Hotmail account.
The latest release of Mail for Exchange supports the following phones:
Nokia Asha 300
Nokia 301 and Nokia 301 Dual SIM
Nokia Asha 302*
Nokia Asha 303 *
Nokia Asha 308
Nokia Asha 309
Nokia Asha 310
Nokia Asha 311
* Before installing Mail for Exchange, update phone software to release 14.53 or newer .
Note: Currently, you can only use one email account with Mail for Exchange.

Data connection costs

The Mail for Exchange app is available free of cost in Nokia Store but the app requires a data connection
to sync content between your phone and your Exchange server. The app connects directly to the email
server and syncs email based on the sync settings you have made. Note that:
To be able to use the app, you must subscribe to a data plan from your operator.
If you do not have a flat-rate data plan, the cost is based on your data usage, which is directly related
to the amount of email traffic you have on your email server.
Traffic volumes vary according to how you use email, how often you sync it, and the corporate server
you are connected to.
Tip: To limit data connection costs, use WLAN whenever possible.
