Job Title/ Role: Management Trainee for Young Leaders Program


Job Summary: This career opportunity is with Wipro Business Process Solutions (WBPS). Wipro BPS is a $ 540 MN company and
was established in the year 2002 as a division of Wipro Technologies. The company operates in the ITeS segment. Wipro BPS
provides complete end-to-end solutions to global clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
We are recruiting highly motivated and accomplished individuals from top tier business school programs and coveted professional
campuses as part of the management trainee program called Young Leaders Program (YLP). YLP is a 2 year rotation Program.
During the two years through the program, the Management Trainee will be subjected to role rotations and spend 8 months each in
operational, functional and go-to-market roles. The aim of YLP is to develop leaders for tomorrow and provide them with better
opportunities depending on their interest after having exposed to different sets of roles. The Young Leaders program accelerates
career growth during the two years wide structure, cutting edge learning and mentorship programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for owning the end to end client metrics, people and process management required to ensure
effective operations delivery as per defined guidelines to ensure high level of customer delight in F&A domain. The interested
candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in business process outsourcing industry and be a
part of the program while working in the domain of choice. Additionally, candidates must thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing
environment. Those hired will join a successful team with a broad and deep range of experience across business process and
technology solution areas

Experience and skill set required:
Finance
