WHAT’S  THE  DEAL,  YO!?

PROJECT  GUIDELINES  

In  groups  you  will  be  charged  with  the  task  of  creating  a  4-­‐5  minute  presentation  on  
one  aspect  of  the  New  Deal.    You  will  have  nearly  two  full  class  periods  to  meet  with  your  
group,  research,  and  plan  your  presentation,  but  will  mostly  likely  need  to  work  outside  of  
class  as  well.  Once  you  have  Pinished  researching  and  preparing  the  presentations  in  
groups,  you’ll  split  up  and  individually  give  your  presentation  to  representatives  from  all  of  
the  other  groups.  

KNOWLEDGE DESIGN

Information      PowerPoint  or  Keynote  presentation  

 When  was  your  portion  of  the   with  at  least  10  slides  
New  Deal  created?    No  slide  can  have  more  than  5  words  
 Why  was  it  created  and/or  what   (with  the  exception  of  charts  &  quotations)
was  its  purpose?  (Which  of  the      Each  slide  is  “purposefully”  designed

Evaluation   PROCESS  
 What  did  it  do  well?  
 What  are  criticisms  of  it?    Each  image  on  slides  and  information  in
