SPORTSPOWER WARRNAMBOOL LOYALTY PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. ARD SP One Pty Limited (ABN 49 134 163 072) (Sportspower Warrnambool) runs a loyalty program
(Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
1.2. By joining the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and by any variations to them.
1.3. If you are an employee of Sportspower Warrnambool, you are not eligible to participate in the
Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1. To become a member and participate in the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program, you need to
have and maintain a valid email address.
2.2. Upon signing-up instore you will be issued with a Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card. Your
Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card is for your personal use only and is not transferrable.
2.3. The Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card, points or SPW$ cannot be redeemed for cash or a gift
card.
2.4. The Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card, points or SPW$ cannot be earnt or used at any other
Sportspower Store.
2.5. Upon signing-up to the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program, you also consent to signing-up for
the Sportspower Australia Fan Club program and the terms and conditions set out by Sportspower Australia.

2.6. It is your responsibility to keep your Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card safe and to present it at the
time of making a purchase in the Sportspower Warrnambool store. Sportspower Warrnambool is entitled to
regard the person presenting a Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card as the genuine cardholder and is not
responsible for stolen, lost or damaged Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Cards or for any misdirected, lost
or not received benefits.
2.7. Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Cards remain the property of Sportspower Australia at all times.
2.8. It is your responsibility to keep your email and contact details up to date. If your email address becomes
invalid, Sportspower Warrnambool will automatically de-activate your membership from the Sportspower
Warrnambool Loyalty Program and you will become a deactivated member until such time as you reactivate your membership. Please note that deactivated members automatically forfeit all their benefits
issued from their participation in the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program.
3. TERMINATION
3.1. You may terminate your membership to the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program at any time and
without reason by doing any of the following: (a) calling Sportspower Warrnambool on (03) 5560 5044; or
(b) emailing Sportspower Warrnambool at warrnambool@sportspower.com.au with subject Deactivate my
Loyalty Membership
3.2. Sportspower Warrnambool reserves the right at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion to
suspend, vary or terminate the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program and associated terms and
conditions.
3.3. Sportspower Warrnambool accepts no liability for any loss or damage associated with suspensions,
variations, or terminations as set out in this Clause 3 or arising from the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty
Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

4. BENEFITS
4.1. For every $1 you spend in the Sportspower Warrnambool store you earn 1 point on your Sportspower
Warrnambool Loyalty Card.
4.2. The Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Card works as follows:

PURCHASE
For every $1 spent in store,
you receive 1 loyalty point.

EARN
Reach 100 loyalty points and
you earn 5 SPW dollars.

SPEND
Use SPW dollars on any
purchase in store.

4.3. Loyalty Discounts cannot be applied on sale/discounted items.


4.4. Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Points will only be issued to members who are deemed active
members at the time of purchase.
4.5. If you do not have your Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program membership card at the time of
making a purchase, Sportspower Warrnambool will not be obliged to apply any discounts or credit your
membership with reward points.
4.6. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program in general. All
competitions and other promotions offered by Sportspower Warrnambool may be subject to a separate set of
terms and conditions, which will apply to you if you decide to participate in the said competition or offer.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
By signing-up to the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program, you consent to: 5.1. Sportspower Warrnambool collecting personal information about you for the purpose of your
participation to the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program;
5.2. receiving communications from Sportspower Australia and/or Sportspower Warrnambool regarding
Sportspowers latest products, offers and competitions;
5.3. Sportspower Warrnambool will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and privacy of all your
personal information and data collected from and about you.
5.4. You consent to Sportspower Warrnambool using and sharing your personal information with a service
provider retained by Sportspower Warrnambool for the purposes of conducting market research, data
warehousing, data analysis and advertising in the commercial interest of Sportspower; and for the purpose of
ensuring the proper functioning of the Sportspower Warrnambool Loyalty Program.
5.5. Sportspower Warrnambool will not otherwise disclose or permit the use of any of your personal
information unless required by law.
You may update your personal information by visiting the Sportspower Warrnambool store during trading
hours; or by calling Sportspower Warrnambool on (03) 5560 5044 during trading hours; or by emailing
warrnambool@sportspower.com.au with subject Change my Loyalty Program Member Details
