bilateraldialogueprocessbetweenPakistanandIndiawouldmoveforwardindaystocome
asheunderlinedthat"differences"onalloutstandingissues,includingonKashmircanbe
resolvedonlythroughtalks.
AddressingajointsessionofPakistanoccupiedKashmir's'assembly'inMuzaffarabadto
mark'KashmirSolidarityDay',SharifalsosaidthatPakistanisreadytocooperatewithIndia
oneverymatter,includingterrorism.
"Pakistanismostaffectedbyterrorism.Whowantseradicationofterrorismmorethan
Pakistan?"hesaid.

SharifsaidthatsolutiontoalloutstandingissueswithIndiaincludingKashmirliesin
dialogue.
"IbroughtthisupwiththeIndianleadershipandwouldliketoreiteratethatthesolutiontoourproblemsliesindialogue.Unlesswesit
togetherandtalkabouttheseissues,theywon'tberesolved,"hesaid.
HeexpressedhopethatComprehensiveBilateralDialogueprocessbetweenPakistanandIndiawouldmoveforwardindaystocome.
IndoPaktieshaverecentlywitnessedmanyupsanddownsafterthedecisiontoengageinaComprehensiveBilateralDialogue.
TheIndiaPakistanForeignSecretaryleveltalks,scheduledforJanuary15,weredeferredinthewakeofthePathankotairbaseterror
attack,forwhichIndiahasblamedJaisheMohammad(JeM)andhasbeenseekingactionagainsttheterroroutfitanditschiefMasood
Azhar.
SharifsaidthatPakistanwantspeaceinentireSouthAsia,ofwhichKashmirisanimportantpart.
"Pakistanhastriedtogiveanewvisiontotheregionaimedatbringingpeacetothearea.ChinaPakistanEconomicCorridorisapartof
theseefforts,"hewasquotedassayingbyRadioPakistan.
ThePrimeMinistersaidthatthecorridorwouldbenefitthePoKandGilgitBaltistan.
Announcing250millionrupeesfordevelopmentprojectsinPoK,hesaidmanyhydroelectricityprojectsarebeinginitiatedintheareaand
arailwaylinkfromIslamabadtoMuzaffarabadisinthepipeline.
"WewanttobuildarailwaylinkfromIslamabadtoMuzaffarabadandahighwayfromMirpurtoMuzaffarabad,"Sharifsaid,addingthata
projecttoconstructexpresswayfromMurreetoMuzaffarabadisalsounderconsideration.
Speakingontheoccasion,PoK's'PrimeMinister'ChaudhryAbdulMajeedlaudedShariffor"takingaclearstanceonKashmirinthe
UnitedNations."
EveryyearFebruary5isobservedas'KashmirSolidarityDay'inPakistanandPakistanoccupiedKashmir(PoK)topledgesupportforthe
peopleofKashmir.
