Unless subject to special agreement, assemblies conforming to IEC / EN 60439-1, 7.10 are intented for use in the
environmental condition Environment 1 or Environment 2 as described below.
The environmental condition 1 or 2 shall be stated in the manufacturers documentation.

manufac-turer of the assembly and the
user.

Note that EMC problems can be prevented/reduced by placing the assembly in a known EMC environment.
